CANNABIS EXTRACTION SYSTEM AND METHOD
The system and method of the present invention provides an automated washing and extraction system and method to removed trichomes from cannabis product to create hash resin. Inconsistency is removed from the hash extraction process by automating the washing and extraction cycles thereof. The system and method records the data and tracks all user functions. Manual labor is removed or significantly reduced and time to create the final product is greatly lessened. Thus, more hash can be produced in a shorter amount of time. Moreover, the present invention allows the end user a controlled and accurate and efficient way of producing large quantities of solvent-free hash in a short amount of time while doing so in a consistent, repeatable and cost-effective manner.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR EXTRACTING AND ISOLATING BIO-OILS AND POWDERS FROM BIOMASS USING HYDRAULIC HAMMERING
Methods for obtaining a cannabinoid powder comprising a filtered CBD composition including (a) providing a biomass feedstock comprising a portion of Cannabis sativa plant; (b) extracting by sonification of the biomass feedstock at least a sonification terpene composition; and (c) filtering the sonfiication terpene composition using a pressure filter to produce a filtered CBD composition and a filtered terpene mixture.
Method for extracting herbal medicine
A method for extracting herbal medicine includes: step one, spray extraction; step two, pressure filtration and concentration; step three, spray and countercurrent precipitation; and step four, concentrating reduced pressure and drying.
PROCESS FOR SELECTIVELY EXTRACTING CANNABINOIDS FROM CANNABIS PLANT MATERIALS
The present disclosure relates to a process for producing a cannabis concentrate from a cannabis plant material via extraction using supercritical carbon dioxide (CO.sub.2) at temperatures in excess of 65° C., thus permitting the selective extraction of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) over cannabidiol (CBD). Pressures in excess of 4200 psi (289.6 bar) also serve to further selectively extract THC over CBD.
CLOSED LOOP EXTRACTION SYSTEM
A closed loop extraction system for extracting desired components from raw plant matter and method of use is disclosed. The closed loop extraction system features a solvent source, a chill tank, a wash tank, a rinse tank, a centrifuge, and a feed tank all in fluid communication via a series of interconnected pump systems. The method of extracting the desired products from raw plant matter uses this system to perform the extraction with a reduced amount of solvent in an energy-efficient manner.
LIQUID PRODUCTION METHOD AND LIQUID PRODUCTION DEVICE
Disclosed is a liquid production method and device for producing a liquid containing water-soluble components. The liquid production method includes extracting water-soluble components from a biological tissue, using a liquefied gas, to yield an extraction liquid, and vaporizing the liquefied gas from the extraction liquid obtained in the extracting to concentrate the extraction liquid.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CANNABIS EXTRACTION
This disclosure provides methods and systems for the supercritical fluid extraction of cannabinoids from cannabis. The supercritical fluid extraction of cannabinoids is performed with carbon dioxide (CO.sub.2) balanced with one or more hydrocarbons, such as propane, propene, and propadiene. As demonstrated, the extraction can be carried out at maximum efficiency and energy savings while keeping the wax formation at minimum by lowering temperature. The methods and systems disclosed herein reduce the production time and safety/environmental hazards and are suitable for proper and safe extraction in non-GMP and GMP environments.
Extract production system and method for producing extract
The present application provides an extract production system. The extract production system includes an extraction unit for extracting an extract from a starting material by using a solvent flowing into the interior thereof, a first heat exchange unit for subjecting the solvent flowing into the extraction unit to heat exchange by using a heat exchange medium, and a second heat exchange unit for subjecting the solvent which underwent heat exchange in the first heat exchange unit to heat exchange by reusing the heat exchange medium which underwent heat exchange in the first heat exchange unit.
System and Method for Continuous Stirred Tank Solvent Extraction Using Feedstock
A feedstock processing system extracts a product from a solid using a CTSE system comprising a plurality of continuous stirred tank extraction stages arranged in fluid communication with each other in series such that effluent from one stage flows to a next stage in the series. One of the stages has an inlet to allow a measured amount of liquid solvent and the solid to be introduced to the continuous stirred tank extraction stage. The stage mixes the solid with the introduced solvent to form a homogeneous slurry to enable the product associated with the solid to be extracted with the solvent. A solid—liquid separator is arranged in fluid communication with the continuous stirred tank extraction stages, and receives an effluent from one of the stages and separates the liquid solvent containing the product from the solid to form a product-containing liquid and a product-depleted solid.
Method of preparing Hovenia dulcis Thunb extract rich in dihydromyricetin
A method for preparing a Hovenia dulcis Thunb extract rich in dihydromyricetin includes the following steps: (1) crushing Hovenia dulcis Thunb seeds to obtain a Hovenia dulcis Thunb powder; (2) adding a 10-95% ethanol solution in an amount of 3-15 times of an amount of the Hovenia dulcis Thunb powder, stirring and extracting at 20° C.-80° C. twice; (3) filtering to obtain an extract solution; (4) concentrating the extract solution by evaporating ethanol under reduced pressure to obtain a crude extract, the crude extract having a solid content of 10%-40%; (5) placing the crude extract at −20° C. to 8° C. for 0.5 to 12 hours; (6) centrifuging the crude extract to obtain a supernatant; and (7) spray-drying the supernatant to obtain the Hovenia dulcis Thunb extract.
