GAS-LIQUID SEPARATOR AND METHOD AND AIR COMPRESSOR SYSTEM EQUIPPED THEREWITH

A gas-liquid separator and method and air compressor system. The gas-liquid separator includes a separator tank having wet side and dry side chambers. The wet side chamber separates and collects liquids from pressurized air that enters through a tank inlet. A separation valve inlet port connects the wet side chamber with the dry side chamber and allows moist air to pass from the wet side chamber to the dry side chamber and prevents collected liquids from passing from the wet side chamber to the dry side chamber. A separation valve assembly opens the separation valve inlet port when pressurized air is forced into the wet side chamber and a pressure is met and/or exceeded and to close the separation valve inlet port when pressurized air is not being forced into the wet side chamber and pressure falls below the pressure.

Vaults, boxes, systems, and methods of treatment systems to capture pollutants from storm water runoff and prevent the conveyance of these pollutants from entering a receiving water body or landscape area, which is designed to be a part of a local permanent storm water drainage infrastructure. A single treatment box, vault and system combines both drainage conveyance, multi-level treatment techniques, variable hydraulic capabilities, and easy and inexpensive methods for servicing the system. A flow spreader having a triangular shape with straight sides, or concave sides or convex sides can split incoming water to pass into dual screen filtration systems. Additionally, an upwardly angled debris ramp above a downwardly angled screened defector can be located on both sides of the flow spreader to help direct debris and trash into dual screened boxes. The system can also include components selected from a shelf beneath the spreader, at least one baffle, skimmer, deflectors, media filtration and hydroslide water pressure lines with spray heads for cleaning debris on a sloped floor.

Separator for separating gas and/or particles from a liquid

The invention relates to separator for separating gas bubbles and/or particles from a liquid. The separator comprises a collection chamber, a fluid inlet, a fluid outlet, and a first fluid flow path extending from the fluid inlet through the collection chamber to the fluid outlet. The separator includes at least one separating element arranged for separating gas bubbles from the liquid arranged in the first fluid flow path. The separator further includes at least one plate arranged in the collection chamber such that the plate defines a passage forming a second fluid flow path at least partially bypassing the separating element.

A system for separating solids from a fluid mixture includes a vessel including a first chamber to receive a solid-laden fluid mixture, and a second chamber to receive liquids separated from the solid-laden fluid mixture. In certain aspects, at least one eductor is disposed in the first chamber to flow the solid-laden fluid mixture out of the first chamber. In certain aspects, an auger is disposed in the first chamber to move at least solids of the solid-laden fluid mixture out of the first chamber.

Wet dry appliance

A cleaning device and methods for cleaning are provided. In one embodiment, the cleaning device includes a head assembly, a body assembly, and a handle assembly. The cleaning device also includes components that enable the cleaning device to operate in dry cleaning modes and wet cleaning modes. Dry cleaning modes can employ a vacuum assembly, including a motor, tubing, and a fluid recovery tank in order to draw in debris and waste into a fluid recovery tank. Wet cleaning modes can further employ a fluid supply tank, a pump, and tubing in order to supply fluid to a brushroll to aid in a cleaning process.

Launder Cover System

A launder cover system for reducing or eliminating sunlight exposure so as to prevent algae growth in a tank such as a clarifier tank. The launder cover system generally includes a plurality of support members and a plurality of launder covers which are each independently pivotably connected to a tank wall of a tank, such as by using a mount. The support members are each pivotably connected to the tank wall by a pivot connector and the launder covers are each pivotably connected to the tank wall by a hinge connector. Each support member is positioned between a pair of launder covers, and each launder cover is positioned between a pair of support members. The support members function to support the launder covers in a raised or lowered position. A launder support may be connected to the channel wall to support the launder covers in their lowered positions.

A stormwater treatment device may include a chamber having a floor and a wall; an inlet formed in the wall that receives stormwater into an inlet side of the chamber; an outlet formed in the wall that discharges stormwater from an outlet side of the chamber; an enhanced settling device positioned in the outlet side of the chamber; a flow diverter plate in a lower portion of the chamber; and an outlet control diverter positioned proximate to the outlet. Stormwater is received by the inlet in a first flow direction, flows from the inlet side to the lower portion of the chamber in a second flow direction, flows through the enhanced settling device to an upper portion of the chamber in a third flow direction, flows through the outlet control diverter in fourth flow direction, and is discharged by the outlet in a fifth flow direction.

TREATING PER- AND POLY-FLUOROALKYL SUBSTANCES IN LANDFILL LEACHATE

The present disclosure provides for devices, systems, and methods of separating PFAS compounds from wastewater leachate. After separation, the PFAS compounds can be rendered less harmful. The present disclosure provides for devices, systems, and methods that uses aeration-induced foaming to isolate PFAS from landfill leachate into a concentrated, volume reduced liquid (coalesced foam), which can be separated and treated.

Flow back separation system and method

A flow back system for separating solids from a slurry recovered from a hydrocarbon well. The system includes a V-shaped tank with a first series of baffles configured to cause the settling of solids that are moved by a shaftless auger to a conduit fluidly connected to hydrocyclones mounted over a linear shaker. The overflow from the hydrocyclones is discharged through a second conduit back into the tank for processing by a second series of baffles resulting in a clean effluent. The clean effluent is recirculated in the well.
