Attachment for a device for generating an air flow or dispensing a fluid into the external auditory canal
An attachment for a device for generating an air flow or dispensing a fluid, which attachment is designed to be at least partially introduced into an external auditory canal of a human or animal ear, the attachment including a connection piece for connecting the attachment to the device for generating an air flow, and a tongue-type guide vane for conducting air that flows out of the device for generating an air flow via the connection piece, the guide vane having a bottom.
Skin care device
The present invention provides a skin care device which performs optical care and thermal care in one device and minimizes noise that may occur in the skin measurement sensor, the device comprising: a housing for forming an outer appearance; a heat transfer bracket disposed at one end of the housing; a light source unit mounted on one end of the housing; a light transfer bracket including a light permeable material and fixed to the housing to cover the light source unit; a skin measurement sensor extending through a first hole formed in the light transfer bracket to protrude outward; and a first substrate mounted with the light source unit and spaced from the skin measurement sensor.
Attachment for a device for generating an airflow
An attachment for a device for generating an airflow or for dispensing a fluid, which attachment is adapted to be inserted at least in sections into an external ear canal of a human or animal ear. The attachment has a connecting piece for connecting the attachment to the device for generating an airflow, and has a guide vane of tongue-like design with a guide vane base for guiding air flowing out of the device for generating an airflow via the connecting piece.
Medical methods and systems for skin treatment
The present invention generally relates to improved medical devices, systems, and methods, with exemplary embodiments providing improved cooling treatment probes and cooling treatment methods and systems. In some embodiments, freezing of the skin may be desirable to effect the hypopigmentation of the skin of the patient. Generally, embodiments may limit supercooling of the skin of the patient during a cooling treatment. Additionally, embodiments may limit adverse side effects such as hyperpigmentation. It has been found that the freezing behavior (frequency and time to freeze) can be modified by adjusting the thermal parameters of the cooling applicator. Accordingly, in some aspects of the invention, a method of treating the skin may be provided where the thermal parameters of the cooling applicator are adjusted during treatment.
LOCAL COOLING ANESTHESIA DEVICE, METHOD OF CONTROLLING LOCAL COOLING ANESTHESIA DEVICE, AND COOLING TEMPERATURE REGULATOR OF LOCAL COOLING ANESTHESIA DEVICE
Disclosed is a local cooling anesthesia device for spraying a coolant on a treatment site. The local cooling anesthesia device includes a housing which forms an outward form and from which the coolant is sprayed and a spraying unit installed in the housing to spray the coolant. The device also includes a cooling temperature regulator connected to the spraying unit to apply thermal energy to the sprayed coolant for temperature regulation and a control unit connected to the cooling temperature regulator to control the cooling temperature regulator. The cooling anesthesia device has functions of measuring and regulating the temperature of the coolant, and thus can apply the coolant to the treatment site within a safe temperature range according to the purpose of treatment, thereby enabling a desired treatment purpose such as local anesthesia to be safely and rapidly accomplished without side effects such as cytoclasis.
MEIBOMIAN GLAND ROLLER
An eye treatment system can comprise a roller with a handle, a power source, control circuitry coupled to the power source, an axle, coupled to the handle, a heating element within the roller, a cylinder configured to rotate about the axle, a temperature sensor adjacent to a surface of the cylinder, with the temperature sensor spaced apart from the heating element, and one or more arms of the roller that couple a first end of the handle to the axle, wherein at least one of the one or more arms houses first wiring through which power is supplied from the power source to the heating element and houses second wiring connecting the temperature sensor to the control circuitry. The treatment system might also comprise an eye pad comprising a heat-retaining material and sized to be applied to an eyelid of a user when warmed. The eye pad could be gel-filled.
Vascular treatment systems, cooling devices, and methods for cooling vascular structures
Treatment systems, methods, and apparatuses for improving the appearance of skin and other treatments are described. Aspects of the technology are directed to improving the appearance of skin by reducing a vascular structure. A non-invasive cooling device can cover and cool the vascular structure to affect the blood vessels of the vascular structure.
Hand-held cryotherapy device including cryogen temperature controller and method thereof
This application relates to a hand-held cooling device for supplying a cryogen to a target region for cryotherapy. The device can include a cryogen transfer unit configured to receive a first cryogen from an external cryogen reservoir, the first cryogen including i) a first amount of a liquid phase cryogen and ii) at least one of a first solid phase cryogen and a first gas phase cryogen. The device can also include a nozzle configured to spray a first modified cryogen to the target region. The device can further include a cryogen liquefier disposed between the cryogen container and the nozzle and configured to cool the first cryogen received from the cryogen transfer unit and output the first modified cryogen to the nozzle, the first modified cryogen including at least a second amount of the liquid phase cryogen more than the first amount of the liquid phase cryogen.
DEVICE FOR THE TREATMENT OF HERPES DISEASES
The invention relates a device for the hyperthermal treatment of a herpes disease on a skin, preferably a lip, wherein a control device is configured to regulate a treatment surface on an outer side facing the skin by heating at least one heating element in a heating phase to a contact temperature of 43-47° C. during a contact of the treatment surface with the skin, preferably the lip, and to maintain the contact temperature in a treatment phase for a time period between 1 and 10 seconds.
DEVICE FOR THE TREATMENT OF ITCHING AND HERPES DISEASES WITH A CONTACT SENSOR
The invention relates to a device for treating itching and/or herpes disease on a skin, wherein a control device is configured to regulate a treatment surface on an outer side facing the skin by heating at least one heating element in a heating phase to a contact temperature during a contact of the treatment surface with the skin and to maintain the temperature in a treatment phase, and wherein the device comprises at least one contact sensor.
