System for processing solid and liquid construction waste
A system for processing solid and liquid waste includes a first shale shaker, a second shale shaker, a submersible pump, a centrifugal pump, a first collection tank, a second collection tank, a mud cleaner assembly, a variable frequency drive (VFD) centrifugal solid-liquid separator, and a water clarifying assembly. The first shale shaker is in fluid communication with the second shale shaker through the submersible pump. The second shale shaker is in fluid communication with the centrifugal pump through the first collection tank. The centrifugal pump is in fluid communication with the mud cleaner assembly. The mud cleaner assembly is in fluid communication with the VFD centrifugal solid-liquid separator through the water clarifying assembly. Resultantly, the system discharges a flow of usable water through the VFD centrifugal solid-liquid separator as an initial load of solid and liquid waste is inputted into the first shale shaker.
ANIMAL BYPRODUCT RECOVERY SYSTEM
A system for recovery of animal byproducts and providing water reuse from an animal processing plant waste stream. In one embodiment of the invention there is an equalization tank forming part of an animal processing plant that is mechanically filtered to recover animal byproducts from a water mixture in the equalization tank. In another aspect of the invention there is a skimmer tank that contains a skimmer mixture with water and animal byproducts. The system mechanically separates the animal byproducts from the skimmer mixture in a manner that is suitable for human consumption. The system also allows the separated water to be reused in the animal processing plant.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR REMOVAL OF SURFACE SCUM
A method and apparatus for the removal of surface scum by using an apparatus in connection with a liquid tank, including a collecting arrangement for gathering surface scum and removing the same from the liquid tank with a surface scum discharge arrangement, and an overflow arrangement based on continuous flow for separating liquid to be treated from surface scum and for removing purified liquid from the liquid tank. The presently treated liquid is overflowed from the liquid tank into a escort water collecting space included therein by way of which it is removed from the immediate vicinity of the liquid tank. The surface scum is removed with a separating arrangement by which the surface scum is first of all separated from liquid to be treated in the liquid tank below its supernatant layer of surface scum while being flowed into the escort water collecting space and is conveyed at the same time into a collecting space of the collecting arrangement.
TRANSPORTABLE DRILLING FLUID PROCESSING SYSTEM
A drilling fluid processing system for processing drilling fluid to remove solids and hydrocarbons from the drilling fluid at a drill site includes a transportable skid upon which equipment of the system is mounted and is transportable together as a unit. Equipment mounted to the skid include separator tanks, settling tanks, pumps, heating system, polymer injection system, vacuum system, and centrifugal separators. The system further includes a centrifugal separator support platform that is movable between a raised, operation position and a lowered, transport position. Additionally, the system is easily configured to operating in several different process operation modes according to a desired drilling fluid treatment.
Skimming and separation device
A skimming and separation device comprising an outer casing (1) provided with constructions to directly or indirectly fasten all parts, defining an open container (2), and a floater (3) configured to create the skimming function of the device, the floater is attached at its lower side to an essentially vertically arranged bellow (4) allowing the floater to adapt flow into a substantially circum volume and allowing the floater to move from an upper position with essentially no flow into the container (2) to a lower position allowing flow of water and debris follow the contours of the floater (3) in a downward direction into the device. A power device (8) is provided and includes a propeller to achieve in-flow and outflow of the device. The device further comprises a bypass member (B) being in fluid communication to an under pressure source via a suction tube (12), such that, during operation, an essentially continuously under pressure suction force is available at the bypass member. The bypass member and a guiding unit arranged in the device are both structured to continuously subject debris and floating pollutions to be accumulated on an upper surface in the skimming and separation device and to be subject to the suction force such that the debris and floating pollutions will enter the suction tube (12) directly and to facilitate a continuous flow pollutants to a tank.
A Separator for Separating Solids From an Influent
A wastewater treatment device including a vessel having an inlet for receiving an influent stream, a grit outlet and a floating-matter outlet; a separator disposed within the vessel, wherein the separator comprises a tray assembly connected to the inlet and the grit outlet, the tray assembly including a plurality of nested tray units which define a separator axis and are spaced apart from one another along the separator axis, each tray unit having a substantially conical tray aligned along the separator axis and an aperture in the tray disposed at the separator axis and in communication with the grit outlet, wherein the wastewater treatment device further includes a spray nozzle configured to deliver a jet of fluid towards a surface of water within the vessel, wherein the spray nozzle is angled towards the direction of the floating-matter outlet to force floating matter accumulated on the surface of the water towards and out of the outlet.
LAMELLA FILTER TANK ASSEMBLY
A tank assembly for the treatment of waste streams that include settling pollutants and floating pollutants. The tank assembly includes an inlet conduit, a first compartment that includes a first drain at a bottom thereof, a second compartment that includes a second drain at a bottom thereof, a third compartment that includes a third drain at a bottom thereof, and an outlet conduit. The second compartment also includes at least a first lamella filter package disposed therein. The third compartment also includes a skimmer, an underrun member and an overrun member. A liquid flow path is defined from the inlet conduit, through the first compartment, through the second compartment and the first lamella filter pack, through the third compartment, past the skimmer, under the underrun, over the overrun and out the outlet conduit.
Skimming apparatus
A skimming apparatus with a pivot arm and a drive follower on the pivot arm that guides a belting to facilitate precise placement of the belting for efficient skimming.
Passive grease trap using separator technology
An apparatus and method for a grease trap for separating grease and solid waste from waste water. The grease trap includes a tank having a downwardly shaped bottom. An upwardly shaped baffle insert divides the tank into an upper chamber and a lower chamber. An outlet port near an upper part of the baffle allows waste into the upper chamber. An inlet invert in the tank receives incoming waste water, while an outlet invert removes water from the tank. A removable cover covers the tank and allows access for removal of accumulated grease and solid wastes.
