DEEP CONE THICKENER WITH UNDERFLOW CONCENTRATION RAPID AUTO-ADJUSTMENT
A deep cone thickener with an underflow concentration rapid auto-adjustment pertains to the technical field of mining tailing disposal. The thickener includes a shell body, a dilution flocculation system, a shearing dewatering system, an underflow circulatory system, and an auto-control system. The shell body includes a thickener pool wall, a cone body, and a collection cylinder. The dilution flocculation system includes a feed pipe, a flocculant charging pipe, and a central feed well. The shearing dewatering system includes a drive motor, a drive shaft, and a rake. The underflow circulatory system includes discharging valves, underflow pumps, circulatory pipes, and a concentration meter. The auto-control system includes a PLC control system. During the underground paste filling, the dilution flocculation system and shearing dewatering system can form a paste slurry. When there is no need for underground backfill, the underflow circulatory system is used to lower the underflow concentration rapidly.
Catch basin trap with flexible outlet pipe connector
A catch basin trap for mounting in an opening in a side wall of a catch basin. A preferred catch basin trap has a body with a front side for facing outwardly to outside of the catch basin, and a back side for facing inwardly to inside of the catch basin. An inlet opening is provided in the back side of the body for receiving drainage water from inside of the catch basin. An outlet opening is provided in the front side of the body for discharging the drainage water to the outside of the catch basin. A flexible outlet pipe connector extends outwardly from the outlet opening, configured for watertight coupling to an outlet pipe positioned outside of the catch basin. The catch basin trap provides a water flow path for drainage water from inside of the catch basin to the outlet pipe. A preferred outlet pipe connector is adapted to facilitate installation of the catch basin trap by allowing watertight coupling to the outlet pipe at a plurality of angles and positions relative to the catch basin trap, and to accommodate angular and transpositional deviations of the outlet pipe resulting from settling of the ground after installation.
SETTLER WITH A SETTLER PLATE THAT INCLUDES A HOLLOW SUPPORT
The present disclosure relates to settler plates for a plate settler. The settler plates generally include a hollow support with a hollow interior to receive clarified liquid from a flow channel between adjacent settler plates. An orifice is formed through the hollow support to direct clarified liquid from the flow channel into the hollow interior. The orifice can be positioned such that clarified liquid can flow upwardly out of the flow channel and downwardly through the orifice into the hollow interior. The hollow support can be integrally formed with the settler plate. For example, the hollow support can be formed by bending a tab extending from an end of the settler plate. The tab can be bent into a hollow support with a cross section that is generally polygonal.
Wastewater Re-Use Systems
A wastewater reuse system has a wastewater treatment system connected to a dwelling for receiving wastewater therefrom. The wastewater treatment system has a pump tank with an outlet that can be connected to a central wastewater collection system and/or a re-use recipient of treated wastewater such as an irrigation system. A monitoring system connected
Vented baffle for clarifier tank
A vented baffle system is formed of a plurality of individual panel members, for use in a clarifier tank. The vented baffle system includes a plurality of inter-engaged individual panel members with each baffle having a unitarily integrated design. The panel members each may have one or more relief conduits directed to the center of the tank away from the vertical side wall.
A DEVICE FOR SEPARATING SOLIDS FROM A FLUID STREAM
A separator vessel has inlet, fluid outlet, and sand outlet ports. Each of the fluid and sand outlet ports are spaced below the inlet port. The separator has an enclosure between the inlet and fluid outlet ports. The enclosure redirects the fluid stream and defines an inner cavity above a lower edge of the enclosure, the lower edge defining a liquid flow area. The separator has one or more vanes extending along an outer surface of the enclosure which redirect the fluid stream along a curved flow path as the fluid stream flows toward the lower edge, and a plurality of apertures adjacent to the vanes, the apertures permitting fluid flow into the inner cavity of the enclosure. The fluid outlet port is disposed within the inner cavity above the lower edge of the enclosure and below one or more apertures.
Method to Improve the Dewatering of Farm Waste Sludges
A system for processing a manure sludge includes in a preferred embodiment: (a) an anaerobic digester; (b) a drying bed planted with a plurality of macrophytes, said macrophytes being nurtured so they are growing and engaging in evapotranspiration bed; and (c) a transfer assembly adapted to deliver a manure sludge from the anaerobic digester to the drying bed so that the roots of the plants contact manure sludge transferred to the drying bed so that the sludge is dried by evapotranspiration. The anaerobic digester and transfer assembly are adapted to: (i) treat raw farm waste slurry to provide a biostabilized manure sludge composition; and (ii) deliver the biostabilized manure sludge composition to the drying bed at a solids content of at least about 1% by weight.
Systems, methods, and apparatus for separating fluid mixtures
Techniques and apparatus for separating a Flowback mixture received from a wellbore. Employing a vessel or system of vessels to receive the fluid mixture and configured to manage the discharge of gases, liquids, and solids to maintain a vapor barrier in the vessel(s) to prevent unwanted release of gas to the atmosphere.
Wastewater re-use systems
A wastewater reuse system has a wastewater treatment system connected to a dwelling for receiving wastewater therefrom. The wastewater treatment system has a pump tank with an outlet that can be connected to a central wastewater collection system. There can be a pump in the pump tank for pumping water from the pump tank to a use recipient of treated wastewater such as an irrigation system.
Sedimentation tank capable of automatically adjusting liquid level and flow
The present disclosure provides a sedimentation tank capable of automatically adjusting liquid level and flow, which comprises one or more sedimentation cells which are connected in sequence, a water inlet pipe is arranged on the left side of the leftmost sedimentation cell; the front end of the water inlet pipe is bent and the input port of it is close to the wall; the highest point of the connecting pipe is lower than the highest point of the grease discharge port of the corresponding sedimentation cell, when the liquid level in the sedimentation cell reaches the discharge level of the connecting pipe, the connecting pipe automatically adjusts the flow according to different discharge level so as to adjust the liquid level of the sedimentation cell, and the settled sewage is discharged out of the tank or discharged into the next-stage sedimentation cell until the last stage, and finally discharged. The sedimentation tank has a compact and attractive structure and high space utilization, and different connecting pipe structures can be selected specifically, so as to change the capacity of adjusting the liquid level and flow of the sedimentation tank, and the sewage separation effect is thorough.
