A negative pressure shale shaker integrated with negative pressure generation and gas-liquid separation includes a base, a liquid inlet buffer tank, a screen frame assembly, a support frame, a vacuum hose, a damping spring, a screen frame inclination angle adjustment device, a drainage hose, a negative pressure automatic drainage device, a vacuum pan, a three-way pipe, a liquid mist separator, a connecting pipe, a vacuum pressure limiting valve, a silencer and a negative pressure fan. A drilling fluid containing cuttings, after entering the screen with a negative pressure thereunder, rapidly passes through the screen along with air into a vacuum chamber. The air in the vacuum chamber is directly drawn away through holes formed on the side plates of the screen frame by the negative pressure fan.

A system for sand cleaning including: a cleaning unit arranged to receive oil impregnated sand; the unit including a chamber having an impeller, said impeller arranged to agitate the oil impregnated sand in a base of the unit; an aperture in the base of the unit arranged to discharge the treated sand; an oil outlet adjacent to a top of the unit arranged to discharge the separated oil.
Launder Cover System
A launder cover system for reducing or eliminating sunlight exposure so as to prevent algae growth in a tank such as a clarifier tank. The launder cover system generally includes a plurality of support members and a plurality of launder covers which are each independently pivotably connected to a tank wall of a tank, such as by using a mount. The support members are each pivotably connected to the tank wall by a pivot connector and the launder covers are each pivotably connected to the tank wall by a hinge connector. Each support member is positioned between a pair of launder covers, and each launder cover is positioned between a pair of support members. The support members function to support the launder covers in a raised or lowered position. A launder support may be connected to the channel wall to support the launder covers in their lowered positions.
Facility and method for underwater disposal of the water produced during underwater production of hydrocarbons at great depths
A facility for the subsea disposal of the water produced during deepwater hydrocarbon production, includes a subsea oil/water separation station fed with fluids coming directly from at least one hydrocarbon production well, operating at a pressure independent of and lower than the ambient pressure, and comprising an oil outlet for connecting to a production unit and a water outlet, a flat gravity oil/water separation tank resting on the seabed, continuously fed with water leaving the oil/water separation station, operating at a pressure substantially equal to the ambient pressure, and comprising an oil outlet for connecting to the production unit and a water outlet, and a subsea high-pressure pump connected to the water outlet of the oil/water separation station and to a water inlet of the tank to raise the pressure of the water leaving the oil/water separation station to the ambient pressure before it is admitted into the tank.
Fluid treatment system and process
A fluid treatment system is provided. A clarification reactor or chamber, configured for receiving an influent, is provided wherein separated water and separated solids may be formed from the influent while inside and/or outside the reactor. An influent inlet, positioned essentially at the top of the reactor, configured to allow the influent to enter the reactor is provided. A separated water outlet is provided, positioned essentially at the top of the reactor, that is configured to allow the separated water to exit the reactor. A solids discharge is also provided, positioned essentially at the bottom of the reactor, that is configured to allow the separated solids to exit the reactor. A downward angled baffle, positioned inside the reactor, is configured to deflect the separated solids towards the solids discharge.
Fractionator annular drain apparatus and method
A tank system may be conventional and fixed, or mobile, such as a fracking fluid or other tank trailer. A drain port thereof is fitted with an adapter connecting a snorkel system to drain liquids from near the top of the liquid level in the tank. A snorkel head at the extreme distal end of a tube near the longitudinal center of the tank is suspended by a system of buoys. A flow field controller plate resists formation of vortices near the snorkel head, so it can operate as near the surface as possible, withdrawing the highest grade oil efficiently. At its exit, the proximal end of the tube drains oil through an inner conduit of an adapter at a penetration in the wall of the tank. The adapter forms an annulus around the inner conduit draining tank bottoms directly from the tank.
Method and apparatus for reducing the water content of waste water sludge
An apparatus for reducing the water content of waste water sludge includes a column for receiving waste water sludge, an outlet at a lower end of the column, a first closure for closing the outlet of the column, a controller for controlling the opening and closing of the closure. The controller is adapted to open and close the first closure to periodically discharge amounts of settled fines from the lower end of the column. A water outlet is adapted to receive water overflowing from an upper end of the column.
Wastewater re-use systems
A wastewater reuse system has a wastewater treatment system connected to a dwelling for receiving wastewater therefrom. The wastewater treatment system has a pump tank with an outlet that can be connected to a central wastewater collection system and/or a re-use recipient of treated wastewater such as an irrigation system.
Spiral-shaped separation device for fluid purification device
A separation device for a fluid purification device is provided, the separation device comprising: at least three concentric enclosures including an outermost enclosure and an innermost enclosure and defining at least two concentric cavities; a plurality of spiral-shaped channels formed in each of the at least two concentric cavities, so that fluid can flow through said plurality of spiral-shaped channels; a fluid inlet, for receiving fluid, located in an upper section of an outermost cavity among the at least two concentric cavities, the fluid inlet corresponding to a gas outlet; a solids outlet, for discharging solids comprised in the fluid, located in a lower section of the separation device; and a liquid outlet, for discharging liquid comprised in the fluid, located in an upper section of at least one inner cavity among the at least two concentric cavities.
Multiphase separator, and method of separating a multiphase fluid
The present invention provides a multiphase separator for separating a multiphase fluid produced by one or more oil wells, the multiphase separator comprising: a separating vessel, comprising an inlet chamber and an oil chamber for collecting oil at least partially separated by a barrier; an inlet for introducing the multiphase fluid into the separating vessel; wherein the oil chamber is positioned on the opposite side of the barrier to the inlet; a gas outlet configured to collect gas separated from the multiphase fluid; an oil outlet configured to collect oil, separated from the multiphase fluid, from the oil chamber; a water outlet configured to collect water separated from the multiphase fluid; and a gas and water mixture injector configured to inject a mixture of pressurized gas and water in a lower portion of the separating vessel.
