Method and arrangement for controlling a dewatering process
An arrangement and a method for controlling a dewatering process including measuring values representing operating parameters of the gravitational sedimentation device and using the values as input values for a predictive multivariable model for predicting an operating state of the gravitational sedimentation device. The disclosure further relates to obtaining reference values for the operating parameters, determining at least one predicted output for an operating parameter of the gravitational sedimentation device, and comparing the predicted output to at the reference values to determine control values that will affect changes in operation of the gravitational sedimentation device.

Apparatus and method for recycling blackwater and greywater at oil and gas well sites
A bioreactor for a water treatment system includes an aerator tank configured to receive an influent liquid, and a clarifier positioned in the aerator tank, the clarifier having a generally conical shape and defining a downwardly-facing opening. An interior of the clarifier is in communication with the aerator tank, external to the clarifier, at least via the downwardly-facing opening, and wherein the clarifier is positioned non-concentrically with the aerator tank. The bioreactor further includes a plurality of aeration vents positioned proximal to a bottom of the tank and configured to direct air into the aerator tank, and an effluent outlet positioned in the clarifier. A relatively clean effluent liquid, in comparison to the influent liquid in the aerator tank, exits from the clarifier via the effluent outlet.
Tailings settling-dewatering-solidifying device and experimental method thereof
The invention relates to a tailings settling-dewatering-solidifying device and an experimental method thereof, which falls into the technical field of mine engineering and mine geotechnical engineering, comprising a tailings settling device including a water tank, charging barrels I and II, and a reaction tank made of a transparent material, a dewatering device including an intelligent type controller, a circular base, a gas cylinder, a permeable stone, a piston, a metal rod and a water return barrel, a solidifying device including a charging barrel III and a tailings barrel, a stirring system including a stirrer, a rotary shaft and an electric motor, a dynamic real-time monitoring system including a high-definition electronic camera and a computer, and a three-layer framework. Through integration of tailings settling-dewatering-solidifying, the device can effectively improve tailings treatment efficiency, facilitate data collection and analysis, adjust medicament concentration in real time, meet enterprises' requirements, and reduce enterprise cost.
