Method for filtering a suspension and recess plate
The invention relates to a method for filtering a suspension in a filter device comprising a sequence of steps, including piping the suspension into the filter chamber between the filter cloths, directing the suspension through the filter cloths, discharging a liquid fraction of the suspension through the first duct and the second duct out of the filter chamber and through the first outlet of the first recess plate and the second outlet of the second recess plate as a filtrate, and piping a drying gas from the head piece into the filter chamber through the first duct and discharging the same through the second duct. The invention further relates to such a recess plate that is designed for packing a plurality of specimens of the recess plate into a pack between a stationary head piece and a moveable end piece of a filter device.

Contiguous filter press and methods of manufacturing the same
A horizontal filter press is disclosed. The horizontal filter press comprises a support bracket, a head bracket, two sidebars spanning a distance between said support bracket and said head bracket, and a plurality of double filter plates. Each double filter plate comprises a first individual filter plate having a first filter chamber, one or more first filtrate ports, at least one first feed eye port, and at least one first handle; and a second individual filter plate having a second filter chamber, one or more second filtrate ports, at least one second feed eye port, and at least one second handle. The first and second individual filter plates are initially separate components, but are subsequently mechanically joined together to form said at least one double filter plate. In some embodiments a spacer bar is provided between the first and second individual filter plates. In some embodiments, a cutout is provided between the first and second individual filter plates to accommodate a support beam centrally disposed between said sidebars, the support beam providing additional support to the plurality of double filter plates. Methods of manufacturing a double filter plate are also disclosed.

A high-efficiency filter press includes a filter plate for solid-liquid separation, a material pool for storing materials and transporting the materials to the filter plate, and a filtrate pool for storing filtrate flowing out of the filter plate, wherein the filter plate is provided with a feed hole, a first drain hole and a second drain hole, the material pool is in communication with the feed hole through a feed pipe, the first drain hole is in communication with the filtrate pool through a first drain pipe, the second drain hole is in communication with the filtrate pool through a second drain pipe. The filter press further includes a washing device which is configured to inject washing water into the first drain hole to allow the washing water to flow out from the second drain hole into the filtrate pool after flowing through the filter plate.

The device can purify the water of the river channel through the adsorption material in the device.
Discharge filter plate assembly for filter press
A filter plate assembly for a filter press is provided. The filter plate assembly includes at least a first filter plate and a second filter plate, which cooperate to define a filter chamber when the first filter plate and the second filter plate are in a filtering position. At least one of the first filter plate and the second filter plate is movable from the filtering position to a discharge position in which a filter cake can be discharged. In other configurations, the filter plate assembly can include a first filter plate, a second filter plate and a center filter plate or frame, which cooperate to define a filter chamber. The center filter plate or frame is movable from a filtering position to a discharge position.
