WATER STOPPAGE STRUCTURE UTILIZED IN A WATER PURIFIER FILTER CORE
A water stoppage structure utilized in a water purifier filter core, comprising a filter core main body, provided with a water input port, a first water output port, and a second water output port; a filter core, disposed in the filter core main body; a seat body, disposed at one end of the filter core main body, matching and working in cooperation with the water input port, the first water output port, and the second water output port of the filter core main body; a first check valve, disposed at the water import port, and on a water channel leading to the filter core main body, for allowing water to pass only through the filter core main body; a first water passage switch valve, disposed on the second water output port; and a second water passage switch valve, disposed on the first water output port.
Filter Element, Filter, and Filter System with Return Line Bypass
A filter element has a filter material defining a raw side and a clean side of the filter element and to be flowed through by a medium to be filtered from the raw side to the clean side. A non-return element is disposed on the filter material. The non-return element allows a return flow of the filtered medium from the clean side back to the raw side and prevents a flow of the unfiltered medium from the raw side to the clean side. A filter and a filter system with such a filter element are disclosed. The filter system has a pump to supply medium to be filtered to the filter.
Filter cartridge
A filter cartridge for operatively engaging a manifold having an ejection cam and an insertion cam. The filter cartridge includes a filter element and inlet/outlet portion in fluid communication with the filter element.
Filter cartridge
A filter cartridge for operatively engaging a manifold having an ejection cam and an insertion cam. The filter cartridge includes a filter element and inlet/outlet portion in fluid communication with the filter element.
No filter no run fluid filtration system
An upper endcap of a fuel filter cartridge includes a skirt, an axially extending pin surrounded by the skirt, and a plurality of ribs that define fluid flow channels leading to the pin. The pin is extendable through an axially facing fuel inlet opening at the upper end of a standpipe for actuating a valve to an open position allowing fuel to flow through the axially facing inlet opening and into the standpipe. The valve can include a hole that receives the pin therein to help stabilize the valve when the valve is actuated open.
Filtering system for motor oil of an internal combustion engine and replaceable filter of a filtering system
A filtering system (9) includes a filter head (12) and a replaceable filter (10). The filter head (12) has a feed line (66) and discharge line (62). The replaceable filter (10) is removable and replaceably mounted onto the filter head (12) by a rotational and/or plug connection (15) and includes a housing (17) with at least one inlet (26) for oil to be filtered and at least one outlet (28). The inlet (26) communicates with the feed line (66). The outlet (28) communicates with the discharge line (62). The housing (17) has a filtering element (34) that sealingly separates the inlet (26) from the outlet (28). The filter head (12) includes an auxiliary oil line (60). The replaceable filter (10) has a flow control element (53) that automatically closes or releases the auxiliary oil line (60) dependent on an operation and/or assembly condition.
Filter device, in particular liquid filter
A filter device includes in a filter housing a hollow cylindrical filter element having frontal end plates, a flow opening being made in one of the end plates. In order to interlockingly secure a pipe connection piece that communicates with the flow opening, a cover has a radial collar which forms an axial stop for the pipe connection piece.
Filter device, in particular liquid filter
A filter device includes in a filter housing a hollow cylindrical filter element having frontal end plates. A port having a first sealing element is incorporated into a cover the filter housing, said sealing element being arranged coaxially relative to a second sealing element in a flow opening in the end plate.
HIGH CAPACITY OIL FILTER
An apparatus and a method are provided for a high capacity oil filter configured to remove contaminants from engine oil flowing within an internal combustion engine. The oil filter comprises a hollow canister having a length and a diameter suitable for housing a large filtration medium. A base gasket forms a fluid-tight seal between the oil filter and the engine. A base plate circulates oil from the engine through the oil filter. An anti-drainback valve prevents oil from draining out of the filter and passages within the engine when the engine is not operating. A key aspect of the present disclosure is that the relatively large dimensions and the configuration of the filtration media provide a large surface area for entrapping contaminants flowing with the engine oil.
Fluid filter and relief valve assembly
Fluid filters and modular relief valve assemblies for use therein are provided where the modular relief valve assembly comprises a bypass housing, a bypass spring, a valve plug, and a locator spring. The locator spring is at least partially seated within and modularly joined to a trailing portion of the bypass housing. The bypass spring and the valve plug are modularly joined to the bypass housing. The trailing portion of the bypass housing comprises at least one annular forward-facing seating surface. The leading portion of the bypass housing comprises a sealing extension, an intermediate reducing taper, and a valve plug sealing surface. The sealing extension is positioned between the forward-facing seating surface and the intermediate reducing taper. The intermediate reducing taper is positioned between the sealing extension and the valve plug sealing surface and reduces towards the valve plug sealing surface.
