INSERT-MOLDED FILTER AND PRODUCTION METHOD FOR INSERT-MOLDED FILTER
This insert-molded filter is obtained by insert-molding a cylindrically-shaped mesh into a resin body. This insert-molded filter is provided with: a body which is equipped with a first annular part, a second annular part, and multiple columnar parts connected to the first and second annular parts, and which has multiple openings formed so as to be separated by the multiple columnar parts between the first and second annular parts; and a mesh which is integrally molded with the body so as to cover the multiple openings separated by the multiple columnar parts. The body is provided with a resin introduction part that is disposed outside of the mesh in the radial direction of the first annular part.
FILTER AND FILTER DEVICE
A filter that includes a filter base portion having a first main surface and a second main surface opposite to the first main surface, the filter base portion defining multiple first through-holes and one or multiple second through-holes penetrating between the first main surface and the second main surface, the one or multiple second through-holes being larger in size than the multiple first through-holes. The filter base portion having a first region on a center side of a filter, a second region on an outer periphery side of the filter relative to the first region, and a third region between the second region and an outer periphery of the filter. The one or multiple second through-holes are in the second region, and a ratio of an opening area of the one or multiple second through-holes is less than a ratio of an opening area of the multiple first through-holes.
Device for filtering liquid drawn in between two superimposed layers of filtering media
Disclosed is a filtration device for a liquid, including: at least two superimposed layers of filter media having weld lines creating strips between them, the layers of filter media having weld lines being superimposed such that the weld lines of one layer form, with the weld lines of the other layer, a mesh structure when viewed at an angle normal to the layers of filter media; a first external face and a second external face each being produced at least locally from a water-permeable material, the layers of filter media being positioned between the external faces; and an intake connector used for drawing liquid in through the filtration device.
Filter element with endcap having rigid reinforcing member
A filter element comprising a filter media having a first end and a first endcap coupled to the first end of the filter media. The first end-cap includes a flexible first endcap body having a first endcap rigid reinforcing member internally embedded therein. The first endcap rigid reinforcing member may comprise a wire mesh screen and the filter media may comprise a pleated filter media. The filter element may further comprise a second end-cap coupled to a second end of the filter media. The second endcap may include a flexible second endcap body having a second endcap rigid reinforcing member internally embedded therein.
Liquid filter arrangement and methods
A filter cartridge includes a threaded sleeve having a seal holder recess and seal member. The filter cartridge is for removably threading onto a filter head that includes threads for connection to the filter cartridge by way of the threaded sleeve. The filter head includes a ramp that engages the seal member to form a seal. The force needed to make the seal is a torque of less than 10 N-m.
FILTER ELEMENT
Fibrous porous filter elements formed by joining two fibrous porous sections, porous filters comprising the joined sections, filter baskets and filter devices comprising the elements and filters, methods of making the filter elements and filters, and methods of filtration using the filter elements and filters, are disclosed.
Wastewater treatment system outlet filter cleaner
The present development is a septic tank or wastewater treatment tank outlet filter cleaning device. More specifically, the device is an outlet filter cleaner for a slotted filter used to reduce solid waste transfer into a septic tank effluent. The device comprises a central shaft with at least one cleaning disc, wherein the cleaning disc comprises a body which is mounted on the shaft and wherein a plurality of fingers protrude from the body, preferably in locations substantially identical to the positions of the openings in the wall of the tube.
WATER AND OIL SEPARATION METHOD USING COMPRESSING TUBES TO VAPORIZE WATER
A Filter for the removal of water from oil, the filter includes a distillation element having an inlet pipe that in one end is to be fluidly connectable to a reservoir of oil to be filtered, and in the other end being fluidly connected to a distillation head, said distillation head including a plurality of compressing tubes for injecting under pressure said oil into an evaporation chamber, whereby eventual water within the oil droplet evaporates from said decompressed oil, the filter further including a tubular core with a plurality of apertures and a hollow interior, said core having an open end for fluid communication with the hollow interior, a length of yarn wound around an outer surface of the core, wherein the filter further includes a device for blowing air or an inert gas into the evaporation chamber for removal of the water vapor during use of the filter. A method of manufacturing such a filter, as well as a method of removing water of is also disclosed. The water removal unit is part of a modular system, which makes the whole filter unit scalable within fixed steps. When water removing block with attached start block and end block, are stacked upon each other, and connected to filter unit, it becomes scalable complete cleaning equipment. Pump and motor must be adapted to each configuration.
Filter and method of fabricating same
A filter element having a central axis includes a first endplate having a first central aperture, a second endplate having a second central aperture, a filter material positioned between the first endplate and the second endplate and having an axial passageway extending therebetween and along the central axis, the axial passageway axially aligned with the first central aperture and the second central aperture. The filter element includes a plurality of fingers attached to the first endplate and positioned circumferentially about the central axis and extending parallel therewith, each finger having a lip that extends from a surface of its respective finger for axial engagement with a respective nodule, of a plurality of nodules, of a filter head.
OIL PURIFICATION FILTER
An oil purification filter for purifying a contaminated oil includes a filter body having a first portion and a second portion, where at least the first portion is impregnated with a separation aid. The separation aid is substantially insoluble in the contaminated oil because of its polar properties, and the separation aid is configured to adsorb/absorb contaminating solids or dissolved impurities in the contaminated oil by chemical interactions. The filter body may comprise one or more sheets of cellulose fibers.
