WATER TREATMENT METHOD AND WATER TREATMENT DEVICE

A water treatment method used in a water treatment device including a filter for filtering untreated water and a housing that houses the filter includes a step of putting the untreated water into the housing to obtain filtered water that has permeated through the filter, and a step of replacing the untreated water in the housing by storage water. The storage water is water having less favorable survival conditions for microbes than the untreated water.

SELF-CLEANING FILTER

Embodiments relate generally to a self-cleaning filter. A filter may include a tube comprising perforations. The tube may be configured to receive a flow of a liquid from a first direction or a flow of a gas from a second direction opposite to the first direction. The filter may also include a filter media positioned concentrically around the tube, and spacers positioned between the tube and the filter media to create a space between the tube and the filter media. A portion of the filter media is configured to flex inward into the space during the flow of liquid into the filter, and flex outward from the space during the flow of gas exiting the filter.

Controller for an acoustic standing wave generation device in order to prevent clogging of a filter

The invention relates to a method and apparatus to continuously monitor and control acoustic energy and vacuum pressure to maintain a net unidirectional flow of multi-phase heterogeneous fluids through a porous filter or membrane. The heterogeneous fluid may come form a variety of sources including biological sources such as, blood, bone marrow aspirate (BMA), adipose tissue (lipoaspirate), urine, saliva, etc.

Self cleaning air filter module and projection device using the same

An air filter module adapted to be used with a projection module and disposed to cover an air vent of the projection module. The air filter module includes a filter component and a cleaning unit. The cleaning unit is disposed to cover the air vent and configured to drive the filter component to have a movement so as to remove the dust on the filter component according to a cleaning-start signal. A projection device adopting the air filter module is also provided.

Strainer and Strainer Control System
20170014737 · 2017-01-19 · ·

A screening apparatus that includes a strainer element used for the purpose of retaining particulate while permitting the passage of a liquid through the strainer element, a support structure for the strainer element to enable rotation of the strainer element between opposed 180 degree positions, and a control member coupled with the strainer element for controlling the rotation of the strainer element. The strainer element, in both opposed positions thereof impedes any particulate while permitting the passage of a liquid. The control member is constructed so that, in a first state thereof, the rotation of the strainer element is periodically controlled to rotate the strainer element between said opposed 180 degree positions, and in a second state thereof, inhibits rotation of the strainer element.
