Medical Pad And System For Thermotherapy
An improved medical pad for contact thermal exchange with a patient includes a fluid circulation layer for containing a thermal exchange fluid circulatable therethrough, a first port and a second port for circulating the thermal exchange fluid in to and out of the fluid circulation layer, and a hydrogel layer interconnected to and extending across one side of the fluid circulation layer to define an adhesive surface for adherence to a patient's skin. The hydrogel layer can include an ultraviolet light-cured composition with a cross-linking copolymer, water, and glycerol. The hydrogel layer is provided to have a thermal conductivity of at least about 1.9 ca//hr-cm-° C.

Self-Adhesive Cold Pack
The Self-Adhesive Cold Pack has a sealed impervious pocket also known as the reaction chamber that contains a cooling agent or material, that when mixed cause an endothermic reaction to occur. Affixing tabs are attached lengthwise to the top and bottom edges of the pocket. The affixing tabs are designed to adhere the cold pack to the skin of the patient or person during treatment.
Device and method of treating menopausal hot flashes
A device and method for treatment of hot flashes in perimenopausal and menopausal women. The device includes a cooling agent distributed over at least a portion of an area of the device, at least one liner positioned against and attached to at least one side of the cooling agent over at least the portion of the area of the device, and an adhesive. The adhesive is arranged on at least one side of the device so as to permit the device to be secured with respect to the anatomy of a user.

METHODS AND DEVICES TO TREAT NASAL AIRWAYS
Methods and devices for treating nasal airways are provided. Such devices and methods may improve airflow through an internal and/or external nasal valve, and comprise the use of mechanical re-shaping, energy application and other treatments to modify the shape, structure, and/or air flow characteristics of an internal nasal valve, an external nasal valve or other nasal airways.
Patch
A patch (10) comprising: a nonwoven fabric (1); and an adhesive layer (2) on the nonwoven fabric (1), wherein the adhesive layer (2) comprises a cool feeling agent, a local anesthetic and/or an anti-inflammatory analgesic, and water, and the adhesive layer (2) has a maximum thickness of 0.50 mm or more.
LOCALIZED COOLING TO INDUCE BROWNING OF ADIPOSE TISSUE
Described are methods for inducing browning of adipose tissue. More specifically, the present disclosure relates generally to methods for inducing browning of adipose tissue remote to the treatment location. The methods can include at least a first treatment and a second treatment, wherein the treatments comprise applying a cooling element to a local adipose tissue deposit, wherein the cooling element cools the local adipose tissue deposit to a temperature of between 0° C. to 30° C. for a period of time sufficient to induce browning of adipose tissue in one or more areas of the subject's body remote to the local adipose tissue deposit.
