The apparatus includes a housing 106 having first and second zones 108a, 108b situated adjacent one another along a length (L) of the housing 106. First and second screen sections 102a, 102b having a plurality of openings 104 may be situated lengthwise within the housing 106 corresponding with the first and second zones 108a, 108b, respectively. The first and second screen sections 102a, 102b have a circular cross-section, and the second screen section 102b has a larger diameter than the first screen section 102a. An elongated shaft 130 situated lengthwise within the screen sections 102a, 102b includes first and second conveyors 128a, 128b, which correspond with the first and second zones 108a, 108b, respectively, having a plurality of paddles 132. Each conveyor 128a, 128b is configured to move material in a direction along a length of the screen 102a, 102b. There may be more than two zones 108a, 108b.
SYSTEM FOR SEPARATING SUSPENDED SUBSTANCES FROM A LIQUID USING A CYCLONE FILTER-TYPE ASSEMBLY
A system which separates suspended substances from a liquid with a cyclone filter assembly that is rotationable symmetrically about a longitudinal axis. The invention is has a filter element with a filter wall configured as a single-layered perforated sheet with perforation holes having a hole diameter ranging from 5 .Math.m to 80 .Math.m inclusive at a radially outer filter wall surface with sensors for measuring a pressure difference between the filtrate chamber and a separation. A respective shut-off valve is located along first and second discharge lines, and a control actuates at least one of motor and at least one shut-off valve as a function of the pressure difference.
SEPARATION AND MONITORING APPARATUS
A transportable separation apparatus for separating spent materials from oil and gas operations into a primarily solid component, a primarily liquid component and a primarily gas component. The transportable separation apparatus includes a first separation unit disposed on the transportable separation apparatus for receiving spent materials and beginning separation of the spent materials. The transportable separation apparatus connectable to a vehicle to be pulled on commercial roadways when the transportable separation apparatus is in a transportation configuration. The transportable separation apparatus further includes a second separation unit in fluid communication with the first separation unit for further separation of the spent materials. A method of using the transportable separation apparatus to separate spent materials.

Removable Catch Basin Filter Insert and Lifting Apparatus
A removable catch basin filter insert includes a filter container is fitted into a catch basin in the ground at the location where the stormwater exits the gutter and enters the stormwater sewer system. The removable catch basin filter provides pollution capture from stormwater while being easily cleaned. A hinged cover is included at the top of the filter insert to allow the captured pollutants to be evacuated through the use of a vehicle or being tipped nearly upside down by a mechanical arm. A hinged trap door is included at the bottom of the filter insert to allow captured pollutants to be evacuated through the bottom of the device and into a container. By capturing the pollutants with the removable catch basin filter insert before the pollutants enter the mainline storm drain system, clean storm drain systems are provided allowing for cleaner waterways.

Filter device with spirally flushing function
A filter device with a spirally flushing function with a head having a filter flask main body and a water inlet hole connected with a water inlet passage, a water outlet hole connected with a water outlet passage, and a flushing hole connected with a flushing passage. A filter element casing arranged outside the filter element, and has a plurality of filter element casing water inlets. A flow divider arranged outside the filter element casing and covering a portion of an upper end of the filter element casing. A filter element end cap fixed to the top of the filter element and having a water outlet, which penetrates through the flow divider and is connected with the water outlet passage. Effectively improved flushing effect, and greatly prolonged service life of the filter element is experienced.
SELF-CLEANING FILTER
Embodiments relate generally to a self-cleaning filter. A filter may include a tube comprising perforations. The tube may be configured to receive a flow of a liquid from a first direction or a flow of a gas from a second direction opposite to the first direction. The filter may also include a filter media positioned concentrically around the tube, and spacers positioned between the tube and the filter media to create a space between the tube and the filter media. A portion of the filter media is configured to flex inward into the space during the flow of liquid into the filter, and flex outward from the space during the flow of gas exiting the filter.
