Screen dump station system for disposing of spent drilling mud

A processing system for a slurry material. The system has a vibratory screen disposed atop an open-topped tank. A travel path for a vehicle is disposed directly above the screen and the tank. Slurry material dumped from the vehicle onto the screen is separated at the screen into a particulate-rich stream and a fluid-rich stream. The fluid-rich stream may be pumped to a cleaner so that it may be stored and re-used as drilling fluid.

System and method for automated coffee grind refinement

A system and method for coffee bean processing that includes a bean refinement chute with a bean grind inlet and a refined grind outlet; a filter system integrated into at least one surface within the chute; a vibration system operable in an active state that agitates bean grinds during progression from the bean grind inlet to the refined grind outlet; a refined grind chamber positioned adjacent to the refined grind outlet and thereby collects refined grinds; and a filtered grind chamber positioned beneath the filter system and thereby collects filtered grinds.

Embodiments of a shale shaker filtration system of the present invention generally include a filtration component, a positioning component, and a frame, wherein the filtration component includes at least one screen having one or more layers of a sieving material, the positioning component includes one or more first connecting members and one or more second connecting members, and the frame is sub-divided into a plurality of units having openings; and wherein each positioning component is disposed at least partially within a frame unit opening and is reversibly engaged with the frame via the second connecting member(s), and each filtration component is disposed on top of a positioning component and is reversibly engaged therewith via the first connecting member(s). Embodiments of a method of filtering solid materials from a liquid utilizing embodiments of a shale shaker filtration system of the present invention are also provided.

Flow back separation system and method
10751654 · 2020-08-25 · ·

A flow back system for separating solids from a slurry recovered from a hydrocarbon well. The system includes a V-shaped tank with a first series of baffles configured to cause the settling of solids that are moved by a shaftless auger to a conduit fluidly connected to hydrocyclones mounted over a linear shaker. The overflow from the hydrocyclones is discharged through a second conduit back into the tank for processing by a second series of baffles resulting in a clean effluent. The clean effluent is recirculated in the well.

Assembly with pivotable hopper and shaker
10737202 · 2020-08-11 · ·

A combined hopper and shaker assembly which can be used at least in processing excavation or other remains. The assembly features a hopper that can be pivoted (through operation of a hoist/sling) to cause the contents of the hopper to be fed via gravity through an exit chute onto the shaker. The hopper includes splash guards or sidewalls on the portions thereof that are proximate the pivot axis and an internal shape along the exit chute so as to guide the contents of the hopper toward the exit chute.

Strainer device for wash water used with equipment in the aggregate and mining industries

An aggregate processing system, including a water source, and a vibrating screen device including a plurality of spray nozzles disposed above a screen for spraying wash water onto aggregate during aggregate processing. A strainer device is provided for removing particulate debris from a water wash stream flowing from a water source to the spray nozzles, the strainer device including a filter screen having an angled shape with a convex side facing the strainer inlet and fluid flow path. The strainer is configured to induce turbulent flow for separation of the particulates by gravity, with the filter screen blocking particulates above a given size. In this manner, particulates which may otherwise lead to clogging of the spray nozzles are removed from the wash water stream.
