A vibratory separator includes a screen frame having an upper screen surface and a plurality of openings and a first screen insert disposed in a first opening of the plurality of openings of the screen frame, the screen insert having a screen surface positioned at a first height above the supper screen surface. The vibratory separator also includes a second screen insert disposed in a second opening of the plurality of openings of the second screen frame, wherein a screen surface of the second screen insert is positioned at a second height. The second height may be different from the first height. A method of processing fluid includes providing a flow of fluid to a vibratory separator, and flowing the fluid over a screen having a first screen insert positioned at a first height.

The filter cartridge has a height such that when it is disposed on the filter base, the filter cartridge extends beyond the predetermined height of the trailer ceiling. The system also has a fluid input/output assembly disposed in the trailer and fluidically connected to the at least one filter assembly, the liquid input/output assembly being for receiving fluid to be cleaned and inputting it to the at least one filter assembly and for receiving filtered fluid from the filter assembly and for outputting it. The system further has a rotatable, extendable filter cartridge mover disposed in the trailer, for connecting and disconnecting the filter cartridge to the filter base.

A resin tapping member used for a method of separating and recovering that enables a polymer to be separated and recovered from a polymer-containing liquid during or after a polymerization reaction at a high quality, high efficiency, and high processing capacity. The resin tapping member for preventing clogging of a screen is used in separating and recovering a polymer obtained by a polymerization reaction in a solvent. The resin tapping member has a weight reduction percentage of 3 wt. % or less after continuous separating and recovering of a polymer from a polymer-containing liquid for 48 hours.

A process and apparatus for liquid phase-solid phase separation of oil base drilling mud-containing drill cuttings is described including flowing the drilling mud-containing drill cuttings over a vibrating screen bed to cause a least a portion of the drilling mud to pass through the screen bed and the drill cuttings to remain on the screen bed. A diluent is added to the oil base drilling mud containing drill cuttings prior to flowing the drilling mud containing drill cutting over the screen bed. The entire process is performed in a gas-tight environment preventing escape of diluent from the process into the external atmosphere and preventing introduction of gases into the process from the external atmosphere.
