BRINE INJECTION SYSTEM WITH IMPROVED FILTERING SYSTEM
A brine injection system with a plurality of needles, which are inserted into a product and through which brine is injected into the product. Brine which does not end up in the product is collected and recycled, and during recycling, the brine flows through a filter. The filter includes a filter element, along which unfiltered brine flows in a flow-direction and through which filtered brine passes and which holds back residues in the unfiltered brine. The filter element includes a multitude of slots, each with a main extension direction which extends parallel to the flow direction of the brine.
MODULAR, PRE-TENSIONED, SELF-CLEANING SCREENING PANELS
A modular, pre-tensioned, self-cleaning screening panel having a frame and at least one pre-tensioned wire that is fastened to the frame.
Laundry Wastewater Treatment Methods and Systems
Apparatus and systems for laundry wastewater treatment are provided. Generally, systems include one or more grinder pumps for receiving raw wastewater from laundry operations, a lint remover in fluid communication with the grinder pumps, a sediment filter in fluid communication with the lint remover, an ozone treatment chamber in fluid communication with the sediment filter, and a carbon filter. Methods can provide for continuous treatment of laundry wastewater that can be reused in laundry operations, or passed to a wastewater stream (such as sewage).
DEWATERING SCREEN
A dewatering screen includes a frame upon which is mounted a deck having a plurality of apertures therein, the frame being mounted on a base and being provided with vibration generator for imparting vibration to the deck. A delivery means delivers wet particulate material to be dewatered onto the deck, and there is at least one dividing wall extending across a portion of the deck, the dividing wall(s) separating the deck into a material dewatering region and one or more water drainage regions. The delivery means delivers wet particulate material to be dewatered onto the material dewatering region.
Dry Products for Wellbore Fluids and Methods of Use Thereof
A method may include adding a dry carrier powder loaded with a liquid additive into a wellbore fluid, thereby releasing at least a portion of the liquid additive into the wellbore fluid; and pumping the wellbore fluid with the liquid additive therein into a wellbore.
Vibratory screening panel
A removable screen panel assembly for a vibratory screening machine for separating liquids and solids. The screen panel assembly includes a plate, a corrugated screen assembly supported by the plate, hook assemblies connected to opposite ends of the plate, and gaskets connected to the hook assemblies. A first hook assembly has a first end connected to a first end of the plate, a middle portion spaced above first apertures at the first end of the plate, and a second end parallel to the plate. The second end of the first hook assembly and the first end of the plate sandwich a first end of the corrugated screen assembly.
MULTI-STAGE SUBMERGED MEMBRANE DISTILLATION WATER TREATMENT APPARATUS AND A RESOURCE RECOVERY METHOD USING SAME
A multi-stage submerged membrane distillation water treatment apparatus including: a plurality of raw water tanks arranged in multiple stages ranging from a first stage to an n-th stage and storing raw water, the raw water flowing sequentially from the first stage to the n-th stage; membrane distillation (MD) modules submerged in the respective raw water tanks and discharging a portion of the raw water as vapor; heat exchangers submerged in the respective raw water tanks and maintaining the raw water at a predetermined temperature by performing heat exchange between the raw water and vapor supplied from the respective previous-stage MD modules; a vapor generator generating and supplying high-temperature vapor to the first-stage heat exchanger; a condenser condensing vapor supplied by the n-th-stage MD module; and a raw water feeder feeding low-temperature raw water to the first-stage raw water tank via the condenser.
Vibratory separator screen
A vibratory separator includes a screen frame having an upper screen surface and a plurality of openings and a first screen insert disposed in a first opening of the plurality of openings of the screen frame, the screen insert having a screen surface positioned at a first height above the supper screen surface. The vibratory separator also includes a second screen insert disposed in a second opening of the plurality of openings of the second screen frame, wherein a screen surface of the second screen insert is positioned at a second height. The second height may be different from the first height. A method of processing fluid includes providing a flow of fluid to a vibratory separator, and flowing the fluid over a screen having a first screen insert positioned at a first height.
Separating Drilling Cuttings and Gas Using a Liquid Seal
A gas separator, gas separation system, and method for separating gas from drilling cuttings by actively maintaining a liquid seal of liquid in a lower portion of a separation vessel by controlling an introduced amount of the liquid admitted to the separation vessel as a removed amount of the liquid is removed from the separation vessel and by promoting agitation of the drilling cuttings in the liquid in an agitation chamber within the lower portion of the separation vessel to aid removal of the drilling cuttings along with the removed amount of the liquid.
