Apparatuses, methods, and systems for vibratory screening

Vibratory screening machines that include stacked screening deck assemblies are provided. In some embodiments, at least one of the vibratory screening machines may include an outer frame, an inner frame connected to the outer frame, and a vibratory motor assembly secured to the inner frame for vibrating the inner frame. A plurality of screen deck assemblies may be attached to the inner frame in a stacked arrangement, each configured to receive replaceable screen assemblies. The screen assemblies may be secured to respective ones of the plurality of the screen deck assemblies by tensioning the screen assemblies in a direction that a material to be screened flows across the screen assemblies. An undersized material discharge assembly may be configured to receive materials that pass through the screen assemblies, and an oversized material discharge assembly having a deflector may be configured to receive materials that pass over the screen assemblies.

GAS TIGHT SHALE SHAKER FOR ENHANCED DRILLING FLUID RECOVERY AND DRILLED SOLIDS WASHING
20210355770 · 2021-11-18 · ·

A gas tight shale shaker for enhanced drilling fluid recovery and drilled solids washing. A process and apparatus for liquid phase-solid phase separation of oil base drilling mud-containing drill cuttings is described including flowing the drilling mud-containing drill cuttings over a vibrating screen bed to cause a least a portion of the drilling mud to pass through the screen bed and the drill cuttings to remain on the screen bed. A diluent is added to the oil base drilling mud containing drill cuttings prior to flowing the drilling mud containing drill cutting over the screen bed. The entire process is performed in a gas-tight environment preventing escape of diluent from the process into the external atmosphere and preventing introduction of gases into the process from the external atmosphere.

Drilling fluid reclaimer

The present invention is directed to a drilling fluid reclaimer. The reclaimer has at least one adjustable screen assembly for providing a leveling filter for reclaimed drill fluid. Used drill fluid is placed at the screen assembly at the front the of the screen assembly. The at least one screen is vibrated to separate large particulate matter from liquid drilling fluid. A second screen is provided for additional filtering. Large particulate matter is expelled by a chute at the back of the screen assembly. Drilling fluid passing through the screen is “reclaimed” for use with a drilling system.

System for separating solids from a fluid stream

A system for separating solids from a fluid includes a containment vessel having a V-shaped tank in fluid communication with an agitated overflow tank. Baffles within the V-shaped tank provide a series of zones where the fluid is deposited for processing. A shaftless auger at the bottom of the V-shaped tank transfers solids to an area where they are pumped to a first hydrocyclone assembly associated with a first shaker. Overflow from the hydrocyclone assembly and underflow from the first shaker is further processed by a second hydrocyclone assembly associated with a second shaker. Overflow from the second hydrocyclone assembly and underflow from the second shaker are deposited into overflow tank which contains the cleaned fluid.

Method and apparatuses for screening

Methods and apparatuses for screening are provided. Embodiments include a screen basket apparatus for screening material, comprising a grid frame having a plurality of openings arranged in a lattice and a plurality of screening cartridge assemblies affixed to the grid frame to cover the respective openings of the grid frame. The screening cartridge assembly includes a case and a screen assembly fitted into the case, and may be affixed to a set of transversal member of the grid frame. The case may be an injection molded thermoplastic polyurethane or a thermoset polymer. The screening elements together form a generally continuous screening surface across an exterior portion of the grid frame.
