Hydro excavation vacuum apparatus and fluid storage and supply systems thereof
Hydro excavation vacuum apparatus that process spoil material onboard the apparatus by separating water from the cut earthen material.
Flow back separation system with dispersing device
A flow back system for separating solids from a slurry recovered from a hydrocarbon well. The system includes a V-shaped tank with a first series of baffles configured to cause the settling of solids that are moved by a shaftless auger to a conduit fluidly connected to a dispersing device mounted over or adjacent to a shaker such as a linear shaker. The shaker receives and processes the output of the dispersing device and dewaters solids. The underflow of the shaker is recirculated through the tank.

MODULAR, PRE-TENSIONED, SELF-CLEANING SCREENING PANELS
A modular, pre-tensioned, self-cleaning screening panel having a frame and at least one pre-tensioned wire that is fastened to the frame.
Vibratory Screening Panel
A removable screen panel assembly for a vibratory screening machine for separating liquids and solids. The screen panel assembly includes a plate, a corrugated screen assembly supported by the plate, hook assemblies connected to opposite ends of the plate, and gaskets connected to the hook assemblies. A first hook assembly has a first end connected to a first end of the plate, a middle portion spaced above first apertures at the first end of the plate, and a second end parallel to the plate. The second end of the first hook assembly and the first end of the plate sandwich a first end of the corrugated screen assembly.
Degassing and Analyzing Drilling Fluid
Apparatus and methods for degassing and analyzing drilling fluid discharged from a wellbore at an oil and gas wellsite. The apparatus may be a drilling fluid analysis system having a gas analyzer, a fluid analyzer, and a degasser operable to release and separate mud gas entrained in the drilling fluid. The degasser may include a gas-liquid separator having a separator inlet configured to receive the drilling fluid containing the entrained mud gas, a first separator outlet for discharging the mud gas fluidly connected with the gas analyzer, and a second separator outlet for discharging degassed drilling fluid fluidly connected with the fluid analyzer.
Acoustic shale shaker
An apparatus can be used to separate drill cuttings from drilling fluid. The apparatus includes a receptacle, a screen, acoustic transducers, and a collection pan. The receptacle is configured to receive a mixture of the drill cuttings and the drilling fluid. The receptacle is configured to distribute the mixture of the drill cuttings and the drilling fluid across a first end of the screen. The acoustic transducers are attached to the screen. The acoustic transducers are configured to generate acoustic vibrations in a range of frequencies. The generated acoustic vibrations facilitate travel of the mixture across the screen and cause the drill cuttings to separate as the mixture travels across the screen. The collection pan is positioned at a second end of the screen opposite the receptacle. The collection pan is configured to receive at least a portion of the drill cuttings that have traveled across the screen.

SHAKER AND DEGASSER COMBINATION
A system for separating components from a slurry of drilling fluid and drill cuttings on a shaker screen having an upper side and a lower side within a shaker. The system also has a pressure differential generator to pull an effective volume of air through a section of the shaker screen to enhance the flow of drilling fluid through the section of the shaker screen and the separation of drilling fluid from drill cuttings and further maintain an effective flow of drill cuttings off the shaker. A method of separating components of a slurry of drilling fluids and solids has the steps of delivering the slurry to a shaker, flowing the slurry over a first screen and applying an effective amount of vacuum to a first portion of the first screen to remove the drilling fluids from the slurry without stalling the solids on the first screen.
METHODS OF SEPARATING DRILLING CUTTINGS AND GAS USING A LIQUID SEAL
A gas separator, gas separation system, and method for separating gas from drilling cuttings by actively maintaining a liquid seal of liquid in a lower portion of a separation vessel by controlling an introduced amount of the liquid admitted to the separation vessel as a removed amount of the liquid is removed from the separation vessel and by promoting agitation of the drilling cuttings in the liquid in an agitation chamber within the lower portion of the separation vessel to aid removal of the drilling cuttings along with the removed amount of the liquid.
