DRUM WASHER WITH GRAVITY ASSIST DRAINAGE
A rotary drum filter includes a drum shell configured to rotate through a slurry, the drum shell having areas defining a plurality of drainage holes, at least one divider plate a first end and a second end, the at least one divider plate disposed on an outer surface of the drum shell and extending longitudinally and laterally along the drum shell, the first end being disposed near a drainage hole, and a filter medium disposed on one or more grids that are disposed on the outer surface of the drum shell above the at least one divider plate. The at least one divider plate is configured to direct filtrate on the outer surface of the drum shell filtered through the filter medium into the drainage hole.
Method and apparatuses for screening
Methods and apparatuses for screening are provided. Embodiments include a screen basket apparatus for screening material, comprising a grid frame having a plurality of openings arranged in a lattice and a plurality of screening cartridge assemblies affixed to the grid frame to cover the respective openings of the grid frame. The screening cartridge assembly includes a case and a screen assembly fitted into the case, and may be affixed to a set of transversal member of the grid frame. The case may be an injection molded thermoplastic polyurethane or a thermoset polymer. The screening elements together form a generally continuous screening surface across an exterior portion of the grid frame.

The screening cartridge assembly includes a case and a screen assembly fitted into the case, and may be affixed to a set of transversal member of the grid frame. The case may be formed of a single injection molded piece integrally formed by injection molding one of a polyurethane or a thermoset polymer. The screening elements together form a generally continuous screening surface across the exterior of the grid frame, which reduces blinding and is resistant to wear and tear.
SELF-CLEANING INTAKE FILTER
An intake filter including a cylindrical screen assembly and a drive unit; where the drive unit is attached to the intake filter and configured to rotate the screen assembly about a longitudinal axis of said screen assembly, such that the drive unit lies entirely outside the volume of the screen assembly.

Screen-type screw centrifuge
A screen-type screw centrifuge including a screw drive shaft, a screw hub, a hollow screw main body and a ring-shaped annular-gap cover. At least one axial access channel is formed radially between a screw main body circumferential wall and the annular-gap cover. Using a tool engagement portion of a tightening means, by which the screw main body is fixed to the screw hub with a first screw main body axial end portion thereof, is axially accessible from a second screw main body axial end portion.

LIQUID INTAKE FILTERS
Apparatus and methodologies are provided for pumping fluids from a body of fluids. Herein, an apparatus operably connected to at least one pump for pumping fluids from a body of fluids is provided, the apparatus having a pump hose with a first intake end for receiving the pumped fluids and a second outlet end operably connected to the pump, a pump intake assembly, fluidically connected to the intake end of the pump hose, the pump intake assembly having at least one fluid control valve, a rotatable filter cage, centrally disposed about the pump intake assembly, and at least one fluid injection pipe centrally disposed within the pump hose for supporting the at least one fluid control valve, and for injecting fluids to drive the rotation of the rotatable filter cage. Herein, methods of utilizing the fluid pumping apparatus are provided.
Screen production method
A method for producing a cylindrical screen device with a plurality of profiled bars. The outer face of a plurality of mutually spaced annular bar holders, which are arranged perpendicular to the cylinder axis, are provided with recesses that are open at the edges. The recesses have a shape that substantially corresponds to the base of profiled bars in a complimentary manner. The recesses are marginally larger than the bases. The profiled bars are inserted into respective recesses, parallel to one another and parallel to cylinder axis.
ROTARY SCREENING DEVICE WITH BEARINGS
Rotary screens used in rotary screening devices for cleaning water in which the prior art trunnion wheels on current state of the art rotary screening devices are substituted by a rocker shoe and a bearing on the rotary screen running on the rocker shoe.
