SERIES AND PARALLEL SEPARATION DEVICE
An apparatus and method directed to a vibratory separator configured to interchangeably operate in parallel distribution mode and combination series distribution mode for separating solid material suspended in incoming fluid is provided. The vibratory separator includes a top screening deck, a first intermediate screening deck, a second intermediate screening deck, and a bottom screening deck. The vibratory separator may be configured to distribute the incoming fluid in either parallel distribution flow or combination series distribution flow, whereby a bottom screen assembly disposed on the bottom screening deck is included when the vibratory separator is operated in the combination series distribution flow, and wherein the bottom screen assembly is excluded from the bottom screening deck when the vibratory separator is operated in the parallel distribution flow.
Vector maximizing screen
A screen panel assembly includes a screen panel and one or more raised screen components, wherein at least one of the raised screen components is disposed on the screen panel. Furthermore, each of the one or more raised screen components includes at least one inclined screen surface that defines a first plane that is oriented at a first angle relative to said screen panel. Additionally, the first plane is substantially aligned with a second plane that is oriented at a second angle relative to a third plane that is perpendicular to a displacement vector along which the screen panel assembly is accelerated by a vibratory separation device.
DRY DOCKING STATION
A dry docking station that may include an interface that comprises an interface portion for contacting a self-propelled debris collecting robot when the self-propelled debris collecting robot is positioned at a container replacement position; a container manipulator that is arranged to assist, while the self-propelled solid debris collecting robot is contacted by the interface, in positioning a new debris collecting container into a debris collection position within the self-propelled debris collecting robot and to extract from the self-propelled debris collecting robot a used debris collecting container; a used container storage module for storing the used debris collecting container after the used debris collecting contains is extracted from the self-propelled debris collecting robot; and a new container storage module for storing the new debris collecting container before the new debris collecting container is positioned in the self-propelled debris collecting robot.

A dry docking station that may include an interface that comprises an interface portion for contacting a self-propelled debris collecting robot when the self-propelled debris collecting robot is positioned at a container replacement position; a container manipulator that is arranged to assist, while the self-propelled solid debris collecting robot is contacted by the interface, in positioning a new debris collecting container into a debris collection position within the self-propelled debris collecting robot and to extract from the self-propelled debris collecting robot a used debris collecting container; a used container storage module for storing the used debris collecting container after the used debris collecting contains is extracted from the self-propelled debris collecting robot; and a new container storage module for storing the new debris collecting container before the new debris collecting container is positioned in the self-propelled debris collecting robot.
SCREEN WITH A GEAR RACK FOR A SHAKER SYSTEM
A screen includes a screen with a screen frame and a screen filter. The screen frame includes lateral frame members on opposite lateral sides of the screen frame. At least one gear rack extends along at least one frame member of the lateral frame members. The screen may be utilized in a shaker system to process a fluid (e.g., drilling fluid).
SCREEN WITH A GEAR RACK FOR A SHAKER SYSTEM
A screen includes a screen with a screen frame and a screen filter. The screen frame includes lateral frame members on opposite lateral sides of the screen frame. At least one gear rack extends along at least one frame member of the lateral frame members. The screen may be utilized in a shaker system to process a fluid (e.g., drilling fluid).
Rotatable filter
A rotatable filter includes a base unit, a rotating unit and an external unit. The base unit includes a seat having a through hole, and a container disposed on the seat, corresponding in position to the through hole and having a drainage space. The rotating unit is disposed on the base unit and includes a rotating disc mounted on the seat and having a rotating part that is rotatable relative to the seat, a converging seat connected to the rotating part and having a collecting space that is in fluid communication with the drainage space, a plurality of guiding pipes extending into the converging seat, and a plurality of valve seats respectively disposed on the guiding pipes. The external unit is connected to the rotating unit and includes a rotating cover disposed above the seat, and a plurality of filtering modules disposed on the rotating cover.
Rotatable filter
A rotatable filter includes a base unit, a rotating unit and an external unit. The base unit includes a seat having a through hole, and a container disposed on the seat, corresponding in position to the through hole and having a drainage space. The rotating unit is disposed on the base unit and includes a rotating disc mounted on the seat and having a rotating part that is rotatable relative to the seat, a converging seat connected to the rotating part and having a collecting space that is in fluid communication with the drainage space, a plurality of guiding pipes extending into the converging seat, and a plurality of valve seats respectively disposed on the guiding pipes. The external unit is connected to the rotating unit and includes a rotating cover disposed above the seat, and a plurality of filtering modules disposed on the rotating cover.
