The drum filter comprises: a housing; a filter drum arranged in the housing and comprising a filter surface, wherein the filter drum is rotatable around a shaft; an inlet for supplying water for filtering to an outward facing side of the filter surface for the purpose of collecting fouling on the filter surface; an outlet for discharging filtered water; and a sprayer for spraying clean the filter surface, wherein the sprayer is configured to spray substantially transversely over the outward facing side of the filter surface.
Concentric Dual Drum Screen
A dual drum screen system for wastewater has a first, inner drum positioned within a second, outer drum. Wastewater is filtered first by a filter screen of the inner drum, then by a finer filter screen of the outer drum. Both drums rotate together on a central shaft with a common drive system.
Dewatering systems and methods
A dewatering system for removing solids from an influent includes a filtration assembly and a feed pipe upstream thereof. The dewatering system includes a solids receptacle downstream of the filtration assembly, and an effluent collector adjacent to the filtration assembly and in fluid communication with the filtration assembly. The dewatering system includes a sensor to sense a characteristic of an influent, an effluent and/or a solid. A control system is operatively connected to the sensor to receive a sensor signal therefrom and to generate an adjustment signal based on the sensor signal to improve the efficiency of the dewatering system.
FINE PARTICLE SEPARATING APPARATUS
The present invention provides a fine particle separating apparatus comprising: a first filter part having a first mesh part, mounted therein, for separating fine particles included in sludge according to size, and having a first section and a second section with the first mesh part therebetween; a first flow path mounted in the first section so as to allow the sludge to flow into the first filter part; a second flow path mounted in the second section so as to allow an effluent, having passed through the first filter part, to flow therein; a third flow path connected from the second flow path so as to discharge the effluent to the outside; a fourth flow path connected from one side of the second flow path, and mounted in the second section so as to allow at least a portion of the effluent flowing into the second flow path to flow to the first filter part; a fifth flow path mounted in the first section so as to allow the effluent, discharged by means of the fourth flow path, to pass through the first filter part and then flow therein; a storage tank through which the effluent flowing into the fifth flow path is discharged; and a first pump for generating a flow of the effluent, wherein the first mesh part is rotatably mounted in the first filter part.
Strainer device for wash water used with equipment in the aggregate and mining industries
An aggregate processing system, including a water source, and a vibrating screen device including a plurality of spray nozzles disposed above a screen for spraying wash water onto aggregate during aggregate processing. A strainer device is provided for removing particulate debris from a water wash stream flowing from a water source to the spray nozzles, the strainer device including a filter screen having an angled shape with a convex side facing the strainer inlet and fluid flow path. The strainer is configured to induce turbulent flow for separation of the particulates by gravity, with the filter screen blocking particulates above a given size. In this manner, particulates which may otherwise lead to clogging of the spray nozzles are removed from the wash water stream.
Cleaning Systems and Methods for Rotary Screen Separators
A cleaning system for a screen of a rotary screen separator for processing feed material comprising liquids and solids has a housing, an air source, and a conduit system. The housing defines at least one housing chamber, at least one inlet opening, and at least one outlet slot. The conduit system is operatively connected between the inlet opening of the housing and the air source. Air flows from the air source through conduit system, through the inlet opening, into the housing chamber, and out of the housing chamber through the at least one outlet slot in at least one air flow stream extending along a flow plane. The housing is arranged relative to the screen of the rotatory screen separator such that the air flow stream impinges on the screen to remove debris from the screen.
FILTRATION DEVICE
A filtering device includes a filter tank, a first drum filter both ends of which are supported, and a cantilever second drum filter. A first end portion of the first drum filter is supported on a first sidewall of the filter tank. A second end portion of the first drum filter is supported on a second sidewall. An end portion of the second drum filter on the supported side is supported on the first sidewall. Between an end portion of the second drum filter on the non-supported side and the second sidewall, a communicating part is formed. A first jetting section jets a fluid against an outer circumferential surface of the first drum filter. A second jetting section is arranged in the vicinity of the second drum filter and jets the fluid against the second drum filter.
Enhanced momentum cleaning device for rotating belt screens and filters
The present technology is directed to fluid filtration systems having enhanced momentum cleaning devices for filter belts and associated systems and methods. In some embodiments, for example, a filtering system includes a fluid channel having a continuous-loop filter belt positioned therein. The filter belt can be configured to trap contaminants while allowing fluid to pass through the filter belt. The system further includes a first cleaning device proximate to the filter belt and a second cleaning device proximate to the filter belt and downstream of the first cleaning device. In particular embodiments the first cleaning device is a scraping blade that presses against the filter belt and the second cleaning device is one of a wave form, vibrational, or mixed-phase stream energy delivery device.
Scraper device for disc assembly
The present invention relates to a scraper device to assist with metering of material that may accumulate between the discs of a disc assembly. The scraper device includes a fixed mounting plate, a fixed retainer plate and a scraper material. The fixed retainer plate includes a shoulder. The scraper material includes an aperture through which the scraper material is removably fastened between the fixed mounting plate and the shoulder of the fixed retainer plate. The scraper device may further include a fastener to removably fasten the scraper material between the fixed mounting plate and the shoulder of the fixed retainer plate.
Fine particle separating apparatus
A fine particle separating apparatus includes a first filter having a first mesh, the first filter having a first section and a second section with the first mesh therebetween and rotatably mounted in the first filter part. A first flow path allows sludge to flow into the first filter, a second flow path allows an effluent from the first filter party to flow therein, and a third flow path is provided to discharge the effluent from the second flow path to the outside.
