Systems and methods for extracting sand from raw slurry material
A processing system for processing raw slurry material has a barrel member, at least one transport member, and at least one separator member. The barrel member defines a processing chamber and at least one intermediate opening. The processing chamber defines a pre-processing portion and a separator portion. The at least one transport member is arranged within the pre-processing portion of the processing chamber. The at least one separator member is arranged within the separator portion of the processing chamber and configured to define at least one separator gap. As the barrel member rotates about a longitudinal axis thereof, the at least one transport member transports at least a portion of the raw slurry material through the pre-processing portion of the processing chamber, and the at least one separator member transports at least a portion of the raw slurry material through the separator portion of the processing chamber.
SIMULTANEOUS ACCOMPLISHMENT FOR FILTRATION AND WASHING AT PORE CONTROLLABLE FIBER FILTER
Disclosed is a pore adjusting filtering apparatus including: a cylinder having a plurality of holes and in which a screw is rotatably installed; an endless track coupled to an outer peripheral surface of the cylinder by a cylinder, an endless track pin, and a support to be rotatable together with the cylinder; a fiber yarn bundle support rod inserted into the endless track to be connected to the endless track; a fiber yarn bundle, one end of which is fitted with and supported by the fiber yarn bundle support rod; a fiber yarn bundle support net for supporting the fiber yarn bundle while being attached to an outer peripheral surface of the fiber yarn bundle; a cleaning separator fixedly installed at an upper outer side of the cylinder; and an ejector installed on an upper outer side of the cylinder.
Monohull offshore drilling vessel
The present invention relates to a monohull offshore drilling vessel comprising a hull with a bow and a stern and a moonpool extending through the hull, the hull having an upper deck. A firing line hoist system comprising a mast is mounted on the hull. A drill floor is provided at a firing line side of the mast, which covers a portion of the moonpool while the firing line extends through an opening in said drill floor. Furthermore marine equipment and drilling equipment for performing auxiliary operations for the drilling or drilling related operations is provided, which equipment is mainly provided in the hull of the vessel below the upper deck. According to the invention, the drill floor is flush with the upper deck.

Flow-through filtration and waste separation device
The invention is a flow-through flow-through filter that can separate raw water and/or sewage to filtered stream, fine particle stream and grit stream in one hydraulic device. For raw lake and/or canal water intake application, the flow-through filter is placed inside a chamber box that is mounted on a water intake rack structure or diversion canal. The invention filters debris and organisms to prevent biomes formation in pumps and waterlines that delivers raw water to a water treatment plant. The flow-through filter withdraws flows from a raw water body without taking defined sediment, floating debris and target aquatic biomes and eliminates the need of discharging remnants to a sewage system. For wastewater treatment, the flow-through filter is installed over a wet well after the headwork rack and may replace the grit removal, primary clarifier, and the fine screening. The flow-through filter requires a much smaller footprint of the area and/or enclosed building that requires smaller odor control. There is a substantial cost saving of using one device and replaces grit removal, primary basin, and fine screening.

Filter for a treatment apparatus
A filter unit (10) for separation of particulate matter from particulate-laden liquid, the filter unit comprising: a chamber (12) defined by an upper axial end wall (14) and an opposing lower axial end wall (16) and a peripheral particle collection wall (18), the upper and lower axial end walls being spaced by the peripheral particle collection wall, the chamber being rotatable about an axis of rotation (30) so as to impart rotational motion to the liquid; an inlet (23) for delivering particulate-laden liquid into the chamber (12); an outlet (24) in the upper or lower axial end wall for discharging filtered liquid from the chamber; a flow path (22) from the inlet to the outlet; wherein the flow path includes a radial component from the inlet to the peripheral particle collection wall and an axial component along the peripheral particle collection wall.
