Shaker and degasser combination
A system for separating components from a slurry of drilling fluid and drill cuttings on a shaker screen having an upper side and a lower side within a shaker. The system also has a pressure differential generator to pull an effective volume of air through a section of the shaker screen to enhance the flow of drilling fluid through the section of the shaker screen and the separation of drilling fluid from drill cuttings and further maintain an effective flow of drill cuttings off the shaker. A method of separating components of a slurry of drilling fluids and solids has the steps of delivering the slurry to a shaker, flowing the slurry over a first screen and applying an effective amount of vacuum to a first portion of the first screen to remove the drilling fluids from the slurry without stalling the solids on the first screen.

FILTER FOR A TREATMENT APPARATUS
A centrifugal filter unit for an apparatus, wherein the apparatus is for use in the treatment of a substrate with a treatment formulation, the centrifugal filter unit comprising; a) a housing having an outlet configured to allow a filtrate to exit the centrifugal filter unit; b) a filter rotatably mounted in the housing, wherein the filter comprises a first end proximate a first end of the housing, a second end proximate a second end of the housing and a side wall connecting the first end of the filter and the second end of the filter, wherein the first end, second end and side wall of the filter define a filter chamber, and wherein the side wall comprises perforations configured to allow liquid to pass throughout to prevent solid material from passing through; c) a lid configured to substantially seal the first end of the housing; d) an inlet configured to allow a feed to enter the filter chamber; e) a cap at the first end of the filter, wherein the cap comprises an aperture that cooperates with the inlet to allow the feed to enter the filter chamber; f) a drive means for rotating the filter; and g) an impeller, wherein the impeller is comprised in the filter chamber; wherein the centrifugal filter unit is configured such that when the impeller rotates, the feed is drawn in to the filter chamber through the inlet and liquid is expelled through the perforations.
Assembly with pivotable hopper and shaker
A combined hopper and shaker assembly which can be used at least in processing excavation or other remains. The assembly features a hopper that can be pivoted (through operation of a hoist/sling) to cause the contents of the hopper to be fed via gravity through an exit chute onto the shaker. The hopper includes splash guards or sidewalls on the portions thereof that are proximate the pivot axis and an internal shape along the exit chute so as to guide the contents of the hopper toward the exit chute.
Cleaning Systems and Methods for Rotary Screen Separators
A cleaning system for a screen of a rotary screen separator for processing feed material comprising liquids and solids has a housing, an air source, and a conduit system. The housing defines at least one housing chamber, at least one inlet opening, and at least one outlet slot. The conduit system is operatively connected between the inlet opening of the housing and the air source. Air flows from the air source through conduit system, through the inlet opening, into the housing chamber, and out of the housing chamber through the at least one outlet slot in at least one air flow stream extending along a flow plane. The housing is arranged relative to the screen of the rotatory screen separator such that the air flow stream impinges on the screen to remove debris from the screen.

FILTERED FAN APPARATUS
An embodiment an apparatus, including: a housing that permits airflow there-through; an air permeable filter disposed in the housing; where the air permeable filter is angled such that it does not sit in a horizontal plane across the housing; and an attachment mechanism for securing the housing to an enclosure that houses heat generating electronics. Other embodiments are described and claimed.

PIPELINE STRAINER
A pipeline strainer is provided having a cavity, a screen assembly disposed in the cavity, the screen assembly having an open first end and an open second end and a screen axis extending from the open first end to the open second end, a fluid inlet arranged at the open first end of the screen assembly, such that the fluid inlet is open to an interior of the screen assembly, a fluid outlet adjacent the open first end of the screen assembly. The fluid outlet is open to a straining surface of the screen assembly. A fluid axis extends from the fluid inlet to the fluid outlet where the fluid axis crosses the screen axis at or near the fluid inlet.
Drilling Fluid Reclaimer
The present invention is directed to a drilling fluid reclaimer The reclaimer has at least one adjustable screen assembly for providing a leveling filter for reclaimed drill fluid. Used drill fluid is placed at the screen assembly at the front the of the screen assembly. The at least one screen is vibrated to separate large particulate matter from liquid drilling fluid. A second screen is provided for additional filtering. Large particulate matter is expelled by a chute at the back of the screen assembly. Drilling fluid passing through the screen is reclaimed for use with a drilling system.
