The holder defines a first slot through a first end face of the holder. The first slot is configured to receive a portion of the decorative structure to secure the decorative structure to the holder and the assembly when the assembly is coupled to the object. The first slot may have a Y-shaped configuration.

In addition, faux floral products that incorporate or are otherwise equipped with the invention would become more environmental friendly and cost effective, and easier to manufacture and transport than the current approaches in the art aimed for the same goals or benefits.

A sleeve apparatus includes a sleeve member with a top opening and a bottom opening. At least one slot is cut into a wall of the sleeve member of a size smaller than the top opening. A larger bouquet of cut stems can be suspended by the edges of the top opening. A smaller bouquet of cut stems can be suspended by the edges of the slot. A suspension strap is attached to the sleeve member to allow it to be hung off the headrest of a car seat.
