Filter for the Treatment of a Fluid in a Heating and/or Cooling System
A filter for treating a fluid in a heating and/or cooling system includes: a first body, hollow and substantially cylindrical in shape, and a second body, wherein the first body and second body are mutually and sealingly connected, so as to internally have a chamber, and wherein the hollow first body is provided with a first mouth and a second mouth respectively having a first duct and a second duct allowing the fluid to enter and/or exit the chamber. A filtering element for treating the fluid is housed at least partially in the chamber, in particular the filtering element includes at least one magnetic element The filter includes a shut-off element having an outer wall provided with a channel and an opening, the shut-off element being housed in the first body in such a way that it can rotate about a longitudinal axis in the first body and alternately switch from a first position to a second position.
Aquarium filter arrangement with control valve
A filter arrangement for an aquarium is disclosed. The filter arrangement can include a housing assembly, a pump assembly, a transfer tube assembly, and a valve assembly for controlling water flow through the transfer tube assembly. The transfer tube assembly can include a tube structure within which a valve body of the valve assembly is rotatably disposed. The tube structure can be formed from a first tube half mated to a second tube half to permanently secure the valve body within the tube structure. A valve operator can be connected to the valve body to advantageously allow a user to manipulate the flow of water through the transfer tube assembly. Control of water flow through the filter arrangement is beneficial for obtaining a desired water flow for a certain aquarium size and application and for reducing flow during certain periods, such as during feeding.
Manifold assembly and method of use
A manifold assembly and a method of engaging a filter capsule in the manifold assembly are provided.
Aquarium filter arrangement with vibration isolation
A filter arrangement for an aquarium is disclosed. The filter arrangement can include a filter housing assembly, a pump assembly, and a transfer tube assembly. In one aspect, the housing assembly and the pump assembly are separately constructed assemblies that are connected to each other via a first dampening member to prevent vibration and sound from being transmitted from the pump assembly to the filter housing assembly. The filter arrangement can further include a second dampening member connecting the pump assembly with the transfer tube assembly to further prevent vibration and sound from being transmitted from the pump assembly to the filter housing assembly. A third dampening member can be provided at a location where the transfer tube assembly is supported within the filter housing assembly to further isolate vibration and sound from being transmitted from the pump assembly to the filter housing assembly via the transfer tube assembly.
BIDIRECTIONAL FILTER DRIER
A bidirectional filter drier has a generally spherical outer shell having a first opening and a second opening. The shell contains a desiccant core and first and second filter elements. The first filter element is on a first side of the core, adjacent the first opening, and the filter flexible element on a second side of the core adjacent the second opening. The first filter element and the second filter element control flow around and through the core depending on the direction of fluid flow through the filter drier.
Apparatus and method for infusing and dispensing oils, and drying and heating infusing materials
The present invention pertains in general to an apparatus and method for the drying and activating of infusing material, and the infusing, agitation and dispensation of oils in a controlled manner to produce a desired potency of an infusion while remaining below an identified maximum temperature threshold.

Drinking water supply device and method of controlling the same
A method of controlling a drinking water includes allowing a user to input a water discharge signal through an input lever, opening a first valve when a channel is closed by a water discharge valve to supply drinking water to a mixing tank, when the amount of drinking water supplied to the mixing tank reaches a first predetermined amount, opening a second valve to supply minerals to the mixing tank, and, when the amount of drinking water supplied to the mixing tank reaches a second predetermined amount, opening the water discharge valve to discharge mineral water to the outside through a spout.
Ruggedized portable water treatment system
A ruggedized portable water treatment system having a protective exoskeleton that supports and enshrouds the principle operating components of the water treatment system. In one embodiment, the water treatment system includes a water pump and one or more water treatment components that are disposed within the protective confines of the exoskeleton. In one embodiment, the exoskeleton includes top and bottom plates that are joined by a central support and a plurality of external supports. The principle operating components of the water treatment system, such as the water pump and the water treatment components, are mounted to the central support and are fully contained within and protected by the external supports. The external supports are disposed outwardly of the water pump and the water treatment components to form a rigid cage configured to protect the internally positioned components.
