Filter with a liquid drain valve
A liquid filter has a hollow-cylindrical filter element is flowed through in a radial direction. The fluid after having passed through the filter element drains in axial direction from the interior of the filter element. A drain plug is disposed at an axial end of the interior of the filter element. The drain plug forms a moveable valve member. A drain passage for draining fluid is open in the open position of the drain plug.
FILTER ELEMENT AND FILTER DEVICE
Disclosed are a filter element and a filter device using the filter element. The filter element includes: a base, wherein the base is installed on the filter device, and a first passage and a second passage are disposed at least partially in the base; and a filter body, wherein the filter body is detachably connected to an upper part of the base, the filter body has a filter space therein, a first filter passage and a second filter passage are connected and arranged on the two ends of the filter space, and a filter material for filtration is provided in the filter space. When the filter element is in a working state, the first filter passage and the first passage are connected for fluid communication, and the second filter passage and the second passage are connected for fluid communication.
WATER PURIFIER
A water purifier that includes: a filter unit that is configured to purify water; a cooling unit that is configured to cool water purified by the filter unit using cooling water; a water discharge unit that is configured to discharge water cooled by the cooling unit; a cold water flow path that couples the cooling unit to the water discharge unit and through which water cooled by the cooling unit passes; a cold water discharge valve that is coupled to a first side of the cooling unit and that is configured to control water flow inside the cold water flow path; and a check fitting unit that is coupled to a first side of the water discharge unit and that is configured to block pressure change inside the cold water flow path is disclosed.
WATER PURIFIER
A water purifier that includes: a filter unit that is configured to purify water; a cooling unit that is configured to cool water purified by the filter unit using cooling water; a water discharge unit that is configured to discharge water cooled by the cooling unit; a cold water flow path that couples the cooling unit to the water discharge unit and through which water cooled by the cooling unit passes; a cold water discharge valve that is coupled to a first side of the cooling unit and that is configured to control water flow inside the cold water flow path; and a check fitting unit that is coupled to a first side of the water discharge unit and that is configured to block pressure change inside the cold water flow path is disclosed.
Filter device
A filter device has a filter element (37) in a filter housing having a connection unit (29) forming a fluid connection to the filter element (37). The connection unit (29) feeds fluid to be purified to the dirty side (41) of the filter element (37) and is a component of the element receiver mounting the filter element (37) in the functioning position. The connection unit (29) is a component of the filter housing. The valve arrangement (61; 67, 69) is movable such that by removing the filter element (37) from the filter housing, the valve arrangement (61; 67, 69) closes and by insertion of the filter element (37) into the filter housing, the valve arrangement (61; 67, 69) opens.
Filter device
A filter device has a filter element (37) in a filter housing having a connection unit (29) forming a fluid connection to the filter element (37). The connection unit (29) feeds fluid to be purified to the dirty side (41) of the filter element (37) and is a component of the element receiver mounting the filter element (37) in the functioning position. The connection unit (29) is a component of the filter housing. The valve arrangement (61; 67, 69) is movable such that by removing the filter element (37) from the filter housing, the valve arrangement (61; 67, 69) closes and by insertion of the filter element (37) into the filter housing, the valve arrangement (61; 67, 69) opens.
Hot disconnect replaceable water filter assembly
A filter assembly for filtering water from an external source, the filter assembly having a manifold assembly and a filter cartridge. The filter cartridge includes a cartridge engagement means while the manifold includes a manifold engagement means. The cartridge engagement means and manifold engagement means cooperatively interfacing for removable attachment of the filter cartridge to the manifold assembly. The cartridge engagement means and manifold engagement means oriented in a retaining relation during removal of the cartridge filter from the manifold assembly such that any entrained pressure within the cartridge filter is vented while the cartridge engagement means and manifold engagement means are in the retaining relation.
Hot disconnect replaceable water filter assembly
A filter assembly for filtering water from an external source, the filter assembly having a manifold assembly and a filter cartridge. The filter cartridge includes a cartridge engagement means while the manifold includes a manifold engagement means. The cartridge engagement means and manifold engagement means cooperatively interfacing for removable attachment of the filter cartridge to the manifold assembly. The cartridge engagement means and manifold engagement means oriented in a retaining relation during removal of the cartridge filter from the manifold assembly such that any entrained pressure within the cartridge filter is vented while the cartridge engagement means and manifold engagement means are in the retaining relation.
Filtering device, and filtering element for use in such a filtering device
A filtering device for fluids includes a filter housing (1) and a filter element (9) received in the filter housing. The filter element has an end cap (17) on at least one end. The end cap forms an enclosure for the corresponding end edge of the filtering material (23, 35) and is fixed on an element receiver (13) interacting with the bottom part (5) of the filter housing (1) to fix the position of the filter element (9) in its functional position. The element receiver forms a fluid path for the cleaned fluid exiting the hollow chamber (19) of the filter element (9). The element receiver (13) contains a valve arrangement (55) blocking the fluid path (35). A control device (79, 83) releasing the valve arrangement (55) in the functional position is on the end cap (17) of the filtering element (9). The end cap is fixed on the element receiver (13).
Filtering device, and filtering element for use in such a filtering device
A filtering device for fluids includes a filter housing (1) and a filter element (9) received in the filter housing. The filter element has an end cap (17) on at least one end.
