A filter bowl is removably attached to the filter housing to seal the inner cavity. A filter is disposed in the inner cavity, the filter electrically coupled to the filter bowl at a first electrical connection and the filter electrically coupled to the filter housing at a second electrical connection distinct from the first electrical connection to thereby indirectly electrically couple the filter bowl to the filter housing via the filter. One or both of the first electrical connection and the second electrical connection provides a degree of freedom for the filter to displace relative to the filter housing or the filter bowl upon engagement with the filter.
