CONFORMABLE THERAPEUTIC SHIELD FOR VISION AND PAIN
A conformable covering comprises an outer portion with rigidity to resist movement on the cornea and an inner portion to contact the cornea and provide an environment for epithelial regeneration. The inner portion of the covering can be configured in many ways so as to conform at least partially to an ablated stromal surface so as to correct vision. The conformable inner portion may have at least some rigidity so as to smooth the epithelium such that the epithelium regenerates rapidly and is guided with the covering so as to form a smooth layer for vision. The inner portion may comprise an amount of rigidity within a range from about 1×10−4 Pa*m3 to about 5×10−4 Pa*m3 so as to deflect and conform at least partially to the ablated cornea and smooth an inner portion of the ablation with an amount of pressure when deflected.

EYE COVERING PILLOW WITH HEAD ATTACHMENT
The eye covering includes an elongated sleeve filled with media, such as beads. The sleeve is divided into separate cells. Preferably two central cells are provided for covering the eyes with two lateral cells provided for covering ears. End structures on the sleeve are configured with a retainer to allow the end structures to be attached together. One form of retainer is a slit in one of the end structures. The other end structure is fed through this slit so that the sleeve is formed into a circuit which can fit around the head. Another optional retainer includes a loop, such as a tag, joined to one of the end structures with a gap beneath the tag. In one embodiment both a tag and slit are provided so that the opposite end structure can be fed through both the slit and under the tag to hold the ends together.

SKIN CARE APPARATUS
A skin care device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a substrate; a case for covering surface of the substrate; and at least one galvanic current application device electrically connected to the substrate, in which each of the at least one galvanic current application device includes a contact head that forms a contact surface with respect to a user's skin and is electrically connected to the substrate; and a holder provided between the substrate or the case and the contact head, and in which the holder includes an elastic fixing body elastically fixing the contact surface of the contact head to a position spaced apart from the case by a predetermined length.

Face mask for non-invasive mechanical ventilation with low value of CO.SUB.2 .rebreathing
A face mask (also called full face) for respiratory therapy, in particular for non-invasive mechanical ventilation, has a low value of CO.sub.2 rebreathing. The mask includes a shaped shell to cover at least the mouth, the nose and the eyes of a patient when the mask is worn, and includes, on said shaped shell an inlet fitting for the connection to a pipe through which a ventilation apparatus supplies the mask with a mixture of air and oxygen, and an outlet fitting, separate from said inlet fitting, for the discharge of air exhaled by the patient. With this arrangement, the mask allows drastically reducing the phenomenon of carbon dioxide rebreathing, which is very harmful for the patient subjected to ventilation.
