A dry eye treatment device and method including a pliable thermal pack engageable upon a first side of a vibration ring is provided. The vibration ring has a second side adapted for positioning on the face of a user to communicate vibration to the eyelids of a user from the vibration ring, and heat or cold from a bulging portion of the thermal pack communicating through a pair of openings in the vibration ring. A cover forming a cavity on the face of the user to house the vibration ring and the thermal pack may also be employed.

In an embodiment, a sleep mask is provided, which may include a site (such as a pocket near the center of the forehead), for holding electronical components for implementing a circadian rhythm disorder treatment program. Optionally, the sleep mask may also include one or more holes for locating and securing light pipes that are connected to lights for producing lighting that adjust a user's circadian pattern based on the circadian rhythm disorder treatment program. Optionally, the sleep mask also includes adjustable straps.

In one embodiment, a base portion is secured to the seat and the head restraint piece secured to the base.

A system is provided for use by athletes and their coaches during practice. The system includes an electronic system configured for inclusion in a helmet. The electronic system includes a transparent display screen coupled to the helmet, a processor coupled to the transparent display screen, a camera coupled to the processor and a first wireless transceiver coupled to the processor. The second video is communicated from the handheld processing device to the electronic system for display to the athlete via the transparent display screen.

A sleep testing method, a sleep testing apparatus, a sleep-aiding device, and a sleep-aiding method are described. The sleep testing method comprises: acquiring an electroencephalogram signal of a user; processing the electroencephalogram signal to obtain energy values of the electroencephalogram signal in a plurality of set frequency bands; calculating a relative energy value of the electroencephalogram signal in the plurality of set frequency bands; and determining a sleep state, mental stress and the degree of fatigue according to the relative energy value. According to the sleep testing method, the sleep state, the mental stress, and the degree of fatigue of a user can be simultaneously determined just according to an electroencephalogram signal, and a plurality of pieces of testing data related to sleep can be obtained in a single instance of testing.

An eye mask for treating and/or preventing periorbital puffiness includes: two side portions extending from a bridge portion, and a retaining component for attaching the eye mask to a face of a user; wherein each side portion includes an orbital region, and an infraorbital region that is configured to apply pressure to a corresponding infraorbital region of the face when the eye mask is attached to the face of the user. Method of manufacturing the eye mask includes obtaining a three-dimensional (3D) facial scan data of the user, generating a mask design, fabricating a mask body by 3D printing and providing, at the mask body, a retaining component.
