TRANSVERSE SECONDARY DUST COLLECTOR
A transverse secondary dust collector is to have a sealable housing transversely provided therein with a blower set, an air intake barrel and an air guide barrel. Thus, after outside dust is sucked into the air intake barrel, the dust will produce helical airflow at the inner wall of the air guide barrel. In the process of sucking in dust, heavy dust will reduce kinetic energy and naturally fall into the dust collecting barrel, while light dust will be attracted by the blower set and guided to get into the filter barrel, and after filtration, clean air will be exhausted to the outside. The blower set, the air intake barrel, the air guide barrel and the dust collecting barrel of the transverse secondary dust collector can be collectively installed in the housing, able to diminish the volume of the dust collector and lower noise.
Method and Apparatus for Providing Test Ports
A filter apparatus and method having a test port member in combination with a filter media. The test port member may be positioned adjacent the outer periphery of the outer peripheral frame and may be attached to a truncated portion of the filter media. One or more scrim layers may be disposed across one or more sides of the test port member and/or the truncated portion of the filter media. A plug may be inserted into a through port of the test port member.
Mechanical system to capture and transform contaminant gases, and method to purify air
Disclosed herein is a system for purifying air; for the capture of solid residues (soot), and the transformation of CO.sub.x and NO.sub.x (and even methane) present in contaminated air generated by industrial combustion. The purifying air system comprises an air entrance (c); a first module (A), made up of mechanical filters; a second module (B), downwards from the first module (A), and it corresponds to a series of small reactors with molecular converters (nucleophile chemical agents) to capture and transform carbon oxides (CO.sub.x) and nitrogen oxides (NO.sub.x); and an exit for decontaminated air (D).
AIR CLEANER AND HOME APPLIANCE
An air cleaner includes a first air cleaner having an output part, a second air cleaner configured to be electrically connectable to the first air cleaner, a power adapter detachably provided to supply power to the second air cleaner, a first input terminal provided in the second air cleaner and configured to be electrically connected to the output part, a second input terminal provided in the second air cleaner and configured to be electrically connected to the power adapter; and a switch configured to electrically connect the first input terminal to the output part or to electrically connect the second input terminal to the power adapter.
Air purification system and method of assembling
A filter assembly including a plurality of filter modules, wherein each filter module in the plurality of filter modules includes a frame, a filtration element coupled within the frame, and at least one mating feature. The at least one mating feature of each filter module is configured for selective engagement with the at least one mating feature of another filter module such that the plurality of filter modules are coupled together in a serial arrangement.
AIR CLEANER
Disclosed herein is an air cleaner capable of being coupled or separated in a vertical direction to improve space utilization. An air cleaner may include a first air cleaning module provided with a first connection unit, and a second air cleaning module detachably coupled to the first air cleaning module and provided with a second connection unit, wherein the second connection unit is configured to be detachably coupled to the first connection unit, and configured to be rotatable with respect to the first connection unit when the second connection unit is coupled to the first connection unit.
SPACER FOR FILTER
A filter module 1 is used for separating in particular sticky and dry paint and/or adhesive overspray, sanding dust, etc., with a filter setting in a filter housing 2 in the form of an insert 8 formed from a plurality of sections 10-13 for receiving a filter medium 14. Pivotably configured spacer plates 3-7 are integrated into the insert sections 10-13, which are positioned at least approximately at right angles to the plane of the insert section 10-13 when in an outwardly pivoted position.
FILTER SYSTEM FOR SPRAY BOOTH
A filter system adapted for removing at least one filter in a filter disposal station includes at least one movable cart formed with a housing having one or more surfaces for providing a housing inlet and a housing outlet, a filter rack having at least one filter cage arranged in the housing and positioned between the housing inlet and the housing outlet, and a disposal device engaged with the at least one movable cart to change a position of the at least one filter cage relative to the housing to remove the at least one filter from the at least one filter cage. The at least one filter cage is pivotable relative to the housing of the at least one movable cart or the at least on filter cage is slidable and pivotable relative to the housing of the at least one movable cart.
FILTER SYSTEM FOR SPRAY BOOTH
A filter system adapted for use with a paint spray booth having one or more inlet ducts and one or more exhaust duct includes at least one movable cart formed with a housing having one or more surfaces for providing a housing inlet and an housing outlet, at least one filter medial element arranged within the housing and positioned between the housing inlet and the housing outlet, and at least one movable device having at least one sealing element. The at least one movable device of the filter system is connected with each of the inlet duct and the exhaust duct and configured to provide for sealing between the housing inlet and the inlet duct, and also between the housing outlet and the exhaust duct.
