FILTER SYSTEM FOR A REACTOR SYSTEM
A filter system of a reactor system may comprise a filter vessel comprising an outer wall; a filter plate disposed in the filter vessel; and a filter disposed on the filter plate. The filter plate may comprise a first plate face and a second plate face with a plate body spanning therebetween; a first plate hole disposed through the plate body spanning between the first plate face and the second plate face; and/or a plate hole rim protruding from the first plate surface. The plate hole rim may be disposed at or proximate a plate hole edge defining the first plate hole, and/or at least partially surrounding the first plate hole. The first filter may be disposed on the first plate face, and the first filter may engage with the plate hole rim such that the plate hole rim positions the first filter in a desired position.
Cleaner using HVAC module
A cleaner using a heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) module is provided. The cleaner connects a ventilation fan for the HVAC module and a suction fan for vacuum cleaning to a single motor to independently drive the ventilation fan when the HVAC module is operated and to independently drive the suction fan when vacuum cleaning is performed. Accordingly, the number of components and production cost are reduced and, simultaneously, package assembly capability is improved.
EFEM
There is provided an EFEM, including: at least one load port; a housing closed by connecting the at least one load port to an opening provided on a side wall of the housing and configured to define, in the housing, a transfer chamber for transferring a substrate; a substrate transfer device disposed in the transfer chamber and configured to transfer the substrate; an inert gas supply unit configured to supply an inert gas to the transfer chamber; and a gas discharge unit configured to discharge a gas in the transfer chamber, wherein the at least one load port includes: an opening/closing mechanism capable of opening and closing a lid of a mounted FOUP; and an accommodation chamber kept in communication with the transfer chamber and configured to accommodate a part of the opening/closing mechanism.
PORTABLE SYSTEM AND METHODOLOGY THAT FACILITATES DUST COLLECTION WITHIN A SILO APPARATUS
Aspects to facilitate dust collection are disclosed. In one aspect, a chute provides a dust seal between a bulk bag of material and a silo loading hatch. Here, the dust seal comprises a first seal between a first end of the chute and the bulk bag, and a second seal between a second end of the chute and the silo loading hatch. In another aspect, a collapsible chute is extended between a silo loading hatch and a discharge chute of a bulk bag such that the collapsible chute forms a dust seal between the silo loading hatch and the bulk bag. Contents of the bulk bag are released via the discharge chute so that the contents of the bulk bag flow into the silo loading hatch. For this embodiment, the dust seal prevents airborne dust associated with the flow from escaping into an exterior portion of the collapsible chute.
Mobile dust extraction device
A mobile dust extraction device for filtering air, the mobile dust extraction device including a filter housing having at least one air filter, an inlet housing fluidly connected to the filter housing, a fan assembly including a fan, a fan inlet and a fan outlet, the fan assembly fluidly connecting the filter housing to the fan outlet, a support frame for supporting the filter housing, inlet housing and the fan assembly and a drive mechanism for propelling the mobile dust extraction device.
Pre-cleaning air filter
A filter element including a filter media, an end cap, and a baffle. The filter media is configured to be secured within a housing. The housing includes an inlet configured to accept a fluid for filtering and the filter media including a circumferential outer surface. The end cap is positioned at and coupled to one end of the filter media. The baffle is positioned relative to the filter media at a position such that, when the filter element is correctly installed within the housing, the baffle is proximate the inlet of the housing. The baffle extends around only a portion of the circumferential outer surface of the filter media in a radial direction.
Indoor unit for air-conditioning apparatus
An indoor unit for an air-conditioning apparatus includes a plurality of axial-flow fans arranged side by side in a horizontal direction below an air inlet. Further, the indoor unit includes a plurality of filters provided to the air inlet so as to be arranged side by side. A cleaning mechanism and a dust box are further provided to the air inlet. Further, the dust box is arranged at a position between adjacent filters and adjacent axial-flow fans.
INDOOR UNIT FOR AIR-CONDITIONING APPARATUS
An indoor unit for an air-conditioning apparatus includes a cartridge provided to an air inlet so as to be freely mountable and dismountable. The cartridge accommodates a filter so as to be freely movable in a fore-and-aft direction and has an opening port formed in one end portion in the fore-and-aft direction. A dust box is provided on a side of the end portion of the cartridge. The dust box includes a cleaning mechanism configured to clean the filter and a dust collecting portion configured to collect dust.
DUST COLLECTOR, VACUUM CLEANER, AND SELF-PROPELLED VACUUM CLEANER
A dust collector including a body with an intake portion and an exhaust portion includes a filter, a filter support that supports the filter, a motor case protruding from an inner surface of the body, and a vibration motor accommodated in the motor case. The body accommodates the filter support. A portion on the tip side of the motor case is at a position where it is allowed to come into contact with the filter support when the vibration motor is driven.
Indoor unit for air-conditioning apparatus
An indoor unit for an air-conditioning apparatus includes a cartridge provided to an air inlet so as to be freely mountable and dismountable. The cartridge accommodates a filter so as to be freely movable in a right-and-left direction and has an opening port formed in one end portion in the right-and-left direction. A dust box is provided on a side of the end portion of the cartridge. The dust box includes a cleaning mechanism configured to clean the filter and a dust collecting portion configured to collect dust.
