Filter Leaf Bag Protector
A protective shield for filter leaf bags utilized in a filtration system is disclosed. In a particular embodiment, the protective shield comprises an upper shield surface comprising an elongated strip having securing ring proximate to a mid-point of the strip. The protective shield embodiment further comprises a forward side strip and a rear side strip extending downwardly and generally perpendicularly to the upper shield surface. When installed over the upper portion of the filter bag, the protective shield deflects liquid streams away from the upper portion of the filter bag decreasing damage and prolonging bag life.

Filter element
The present disclosure is related to filter elements and more specifically to filter elements for removing dust from air. In an embodiment, an inventive filter element includes a housing having a first side and a second side, filter material in the housing, a space between the filter material and the first side of the housing for forming a suction chamber, and at least one hole in the first side, whereby the area within the circumference of the side of the filter material facing the first side of the housing is larger than the area of at least one hole.

Air Filter with Outlet Receiver and Housing Assembly Incorporating Same
An air filter element fits upon an air cleaner housing with a bar element that is received into the outlet face of the air filter element. The air filter element has a receiver extending into the outlet face to accommodate the bar. In the case of a deep pleated pack for the filter element, a widened split may be provided to accommodate the bar. A protective member that can be provided as part of a basket may project into the outlet face to protect the air filter element pack at the receiver.
