The present invention concerns an air filter cleaning device comprising a rotating stage on which an air filter to be cleaned is seated and rotated about its central axis; and an inner outlet head configured to extend through a central opening of the rotating stage and be vertically moveable between a lower position and an upper position at least parallel to the central axis of the air filter, said outlet head having at least one gas outlet for discharging pressurised air outwardly through at least one wall of the air filter for dislodging contaminants; an outer vacuum head located externally to the air filter for suctioning the contaminants dislodged from the air filter by the inner outlet head wherein the inner outlet head is further configured such that the lower position is located less than abourt 1,500 mm above a support surface for the cleaning device.
Relief Valve and a Hose Device for Dust Collectors, a Dust Collector and a Method for Operating a Dust Collector
A relief valve for portable, industrial dust collectors is provided that includes actuating means for actuating the valve between a closed position and an open position. The valve may further include retaining means for maintaining the valve in the open position. A hose device for a cleaner of a dust collector a dust collector is also provided. The hose device may be arranged such that it covers the bottom of the grid means in the cleaner when the dust collector operates and falls down when the vacuum in the dust collector is released. A cleaner, a dust collector, a grinding machine and a method for operating a dust collector are also provided. These are in conjunction with the relief valve and/or the hose device. Additionally, a dust collector with cleaner means, a relief valve, and an inlet valve and synchronization means may be arranged to govern that the actuation of the inlet valve is synchronized with actuation of the relief valve.
DUST COLLECTOR WITH FILTER CLEANING MECHANISM
A dust collector for use with a power tool comprises a housing, a telescoping suction pipe coupled to the housing, a suction fan positioned in the housing and operable to generate a vacuum in the suction pipe, a dust container coupled to the housing and positioned upstream of the fan, a filter at least partially arranged in the dust container, and a filter cleaning mechanism. The filter cleaning mechanism includes an anvil, a striker moveable between a first striker position, in which the striker is spaced from the anvil, and a second striker position, in which the striker is in contact with the anvil. The filter cleaning mechanism further includes an actuator moveable between a first actuator position and a second actuator position, in which the actuator is moved closer to the anvil than in the first position, and a first spring biasing the striker toward the anvil.
DUST COLLECTOR WITH FILTER CLEANING MECHANISM
A dust collector for use with a power tool comprises a housing, a telescoping suction pipe coupled to the housing, a suction fan positioned in the housing and operable to generate a vacuum in the suction pipe, a dust container coupled to the housing and positioned upstream of the fan, a filter at least partially arranged in the dust container, and a filter cleaning mechanism. Plenum separator
Embodiments herein provide a plenum separator for removing excess oil from fried food items, and then separating the oil from an air/oil mixture. A system for feeding fried food items with excess oil thereon may extend across and above the width of the plenum. A sink may be disposed at a bottom of the plenum. A blower typically draws air from the second end of the pipe, causing the air/oil mixture to be drawn into the slot and through the inner channel, with at least a portion of the air in the air/oil mixture passing through the opening in the pipe, with at least a portion of the oil in the air/oil mixture falling to the sink, and with at least a portion of the air/oil mixture passing from the inner channel to the outer channel and through the elongated aperture to be recirculated through the inner channel.
Plenum separator
Embodiments herein provide a plenum separator for removing excess oil from fried food items, and then separating the oil from an air/oil mixture. A system for feeding fried food items with excess oil thereon may extend across and above the width of the plenum. A sink may be disposed at a bottom of the plenum. A blower typically draws air from the second end of the pipe, causing the air/oil mixture to be drawn into the slot and through the inner channel, with at least a portion of the air in the air/oil mixture passing through the opening in the pipe, with at least a portion of the oil in the air/oil mixture falling to the sink, and with at least a portion of the air/oil mixture passing from the inner channel to the outer channel and through the elongated aperture to be recirculated through the inner channel.

High efficiency air filter device and operating method thereof
An air filter device and an operating method thereof. The air filter device comprises an air filter system and a powder distribution system. The air filter system comprises an air filter chamber (1), a clean air chamber (2), and a high-pressure jet pulse powder cleaning device (3). An entrance of the air filter chamber (1) is in communication with an air inlet pipe (4); an exit of the clean air chamber (2) is in communication with an air outlet pipe (6), and the air outlet pipe (6) is in communication with an exhaust fan (9). A plurality of bag filters or filter cartridges (10) are disposed in the air filter chamber (1). An opening end of each of the bag filters or filter cartridges (10) is in communication with the clean air chamber (2), and high-pressure jet pulse powder cleaning devices (3) are disposed above the opening end of the corresponding bag filters or filter cartridges (10). The powder distribution system includes a powder storage tank (13), which is in communication, via a powder delivery tube (15), with the air inlet pipe (4) of the air filter chamber (1). The operating method comprises a first powder distribution step and a second powder distribution step, which are respectively performed according to pressure detection status of the air filter chamber (1).

The air filter system comprises an air filter chamber (1), a clean air chamber (2), and a high-pressure jet pulse powder cleaning device (3).
