Laminated polyarylene sulfide heat-resistant filter
A laminated polyarylene sulfide heat-resistant filter has a plurality of layers, at least including a first web layer that is a filtering surface, and a second web layer that is a non-filtering surface, the laminated polyarylene sulfide heat-resistant filter being characterized in that the first web layer contains 30 to 70 wt % of polyarylene sulfide fibers having a fineness of 0.5 to 1.2 dtex, and 30 to 70 wt % of polyarylene sulfide fibers having a fineness of 1.3 to 3.0 dtex taking a total of a weight percentages of the first web layer as 100 wt %, wherein the second web layer contains polyarylene sulfide fibers having a fineness of 1.0 to 4.0 dtex.
Filter element

FILTER HEADER POCKET CHANNEL FRAME
The pocket channel frame provides a means for attaching the distal ends of a pocket frame without the need of any tools. The pocket channel frame is formed from a longitudinal member having an elongated C shaped cross section. One end comprises is a flared out female end with a rectangular slot or 5 hole in it. The opposing distal end of the longitudinal having a C shaped cross section is swaged down into a projecting male end including a lance punched in the web. When the male end is swaged, an edge is created in the transition area from male to female which acts as a stop means for cooperatively engaging the female receiving distal end and sets the length of a short side of the pocket channel frame. During assembly, the lance snaps into the hole cooperatively engaging the slot on the 10 female side preventing the channel frame from coming back apart.
Filter bag for pocket air filters
A filter bag for pocket air filters has two abutting side parts which are made of an air-permeable filter material that is weldable by ultrasound. The side parts are continuously welded to one another in side edge portions on three sides of the side parts so that a pocket having two opposite side edges, a bottom edge and an opening opposite said bottom edge is formed. Several webs made from a flexible material web are formed in the pocket. The webs connect the side parts to one another and are orientated from an opening side of the filter bag in the direction of the bottom edge. The flexible material web is alternately connectedat least in portionsto one of the side parts in each case in weld portions. The weld portions are delimited by at least one weld across the direction of flow.

Air cleaner unit and engine having the same
An air cleaner device may include an air housing which has a hose outlet; an air duct which is protrudingly formed at one side of the air housing toward a front side of an engine compartment and introduces outside air; a filter casing which includes a filter seating portion which is formed in the air housing to face the air duct; and an air filter which is installed on the filter seating portion.
AIR FILTER SYSTEMS, FILTER BAG ASSEMBLIES, FILTER BAGS AND METHODS
Air filter systems, filter bag assemblies, filter bags and corresponding methods are described herein. Air filter systems, filter bag assemblies, filter bags and corresponding methods are described herein. The filter bag assemblies include a flange assembly, a cage attached to the flange assembly, and a filter bag installed over the cage with an opening at the flange assembly. When installed in the dirty air chamber of the air filter system, a seal between the flange assembly and the tubesheet defining the dirty air chamber is provided by applying a seal force on the end of the filter bag assembly located proximate the access panel on the side of the dirty air chamber opposite the tubesheet. That seal force is transmitted to the flange assembly through the cage. The tubular filter bags may be in the form of triangular bags and/or may include bag support connectors at the closed end of the bag.
Refined-coal production method, and refined-coal production device
A method for producing refined-coal has steps of (A) heating a mixture including moisture-containing coal and oil, to dehydrate the coal; (B) removing, in a first mist separator having plural baffle plates disposed in parallel, fine particles accompanying vapor generated by the dehydration step and adhered to the surface of the a first mist separator by spraying a liquid at a temperature of 50 C. or above and 150 C. or below in the first mist separator, which temperature is lower than a temperature to which the mixture is heated in step (A), wherein the sprayed liquid includes an oil component; and (C) compressing the vapor to obtain high-temperature vapor. In the step (B), the vapor is made to sequentially pass through the first mist separator and a second mist separator of a mesh type, while spraying liquid onto the first mist separator through which the vapor passes firstly.
Fiberglass product for a filter apparatus
In the description and drawings a fiberglass product is disclosed. The fiberglass product may have one or more fiber curl layers. The fiber curl layers may have a plurality of generally sinusoidal fiber bundles therein.
