Filter module and air purifier having the same
A filter module and an air purifier according to an aspect of the present disclosure include a supply roller and a recovery roller, a filter wound and installed on the supply roller and the recovery roller, so that it can be used without replacing and cleaning the filter module for a long period of time by allowing a section used in the filter to be recovered in the recovery roller, and also a section not used in the filter to be supplied from the supply roller.
ANTIVIRAL ARTICLES AND MASKS
One or more embodiments of the present disclosure includes antiviral masks with at least one metallic layer. In one or more embodiments, the at least one metallic layer can be a copper based metallic layer and can be shaped as a facial mask that covers the exposed orifices of a user's face, including the nose and mouth, and can be used independently of other layers and/or other masks.
Pollutant Capturer and Mobilizer
Disclosed are a pollutant capturer and mobilizer and method of mobilizing a polluted gaseous substance from one location towards another location and capturing one or multiple types of polluting substances, such as CO.sub.2, from an atmospheric body of polluted gaseous substance or from exhaust of vehicles, chimneys, or stacks and thereby combat the negative health, environmental, and economic impacts of the of the polluting substances on communities. Wet or dry embodiments of the pollutant capturer and mobilizer utilize wet or dry pollutant capturing components, respectively, to capture one or multiple types of polluting substances from a body of polluted gaseous substance. Flow-establishing devices can be used to set the body of polluted gaseous substance in motion through the pollutant capturing component. The pollutant capturer and mobilizer may also be mounted on any type of vehicle, with or without using flow-establishing devices.
BREATHER/CHECK VALVE OIL AND AIR SEPARATOR SYSTEM AND METHOD
An oil and air separator including a catch can with an inlet and an outlet thereto, the catch can adapted to remove oil from vapors entering the catch can via the inlet, and including an internal reservoir within which oil from the vapors entering the catch can may collect; and a check valve including a first end disposed within the internal reservoir, a second end, and a first fluid pathway therebetween in fluid communication with the internal reservoir, wherein vapors within the internal reservoir may exit the catch can through the first fluid pathway or a second fluid pathway including the outlet.

V-TYPE FILTER FRAME
The present invention relates to a V-type filter frame for receiving at least one filter media pack, said V-type filter frame being arranged to be mounted to a filter holding structure, the V-type filter frame comprising first and second side plates and a molded plastic rectangular front plate coupled to the side plates, said side plates each comprising a front edge portion and an opposite rear edge portion and the front plate having a front surface and a back surface, the back surface of the front plate comprising a first coupling portion comprising a first groove configured to receive the front edge portion of the first side plate, a second coupling portion comprising a second groove configured to receive the front edge portion of the second side plate, a trough for receiving a front edge of a filter media pack, extending between the first and the second coupling portion of the front plate, characterized in that said trough is in fluid connection with each of said first groove and said second groove when the first and second side plates are coupled to the first and second coupling portions of the front plate respectively.
V-BANK FILTER
The present disclosure is directed methods and apparatus of a V-Bank filtration system capable of maintaining desired air flow rates while effectively filtering the air. These methods and apparatus charge particles and then capture those particles in a filter medium. Once captured in the filter medium, micro-organisms are exposed to high energy electric fields that may degrade and ultimately destroy the captured micro-organisms. Electric fields generated within portions of the V-Bank filter apparatus may also be contained within the portions of the filter apparatus based on exterior parts of these portions being grounded at Earth ground potential. Magnetic fields (or electro-magnetic fields) associated with the generated electric fields may also be contained within the portions of the apparatus based on the exterior parts of these portions being grounded.
POCKET FILTER ASSEMBLY AND METHOD FOR INSTALLATION
A filter assembly for mounting on a side interior surface of a horizontal or vertical return duct of a furnace includes at least one pocket filter having a retaining collar at its peripheral surface. The filter assembly also includes a frame. The frame has a header frame with multiple frame members forming an open framework defining at least one receiving area for receiving the pocket filter. The retaining collar attaches to or engages at least one of the frame members. The frame also includes at least one rail that is mountable on the interior side surface of the return duct. The rail defines a receiving structure for receiving the header frame so that the header frame can be slidable on the rail from an open position to a closed position with respect to the duct.
