Dust-collecting device for fan blades
The dust collecting device for fan blades is a cleaning device. The dust collecting device for fan blades removes dust that is suspended in the air. The dust collecting device for fan blades incorporates a fan blade and a collection structure. The collection structure mounts on the fan blade. The collection structure moves with the fan blade as the fan blade moves through the air. As the fan blade moves through the air, the collection structure generates a turbulence in the air that generates the motive forces required to dislodge the dust that is suspended in the air. The collection structure further captures and immobilizes the dislodged dust that falls out of the air onto the fan blade.
Axial flow centrifugal separator
Rotating coalescer elements that maximize the radial-projected separation surface area in a given (rotating) cylindrical volume, where flow to be cleaned is passing axially upward or downward through a separating media of the rotating coalescer element. Various example package assemblies are provided with various types of rotating configurations including cylindrical coiled media packs, frustum coiled media packs, concentric cylinders, coiled metal or polymer films with and without perforations, and/or alternating layers of different materials. The described rotating coalescers may be driven by hydraulic turbine, electric motor, belt, gear or by mounting on rotating machine components, such as rotating engine shafts or connected components.
Systems and methods for removing particulate material
A material removal system includes a collection conduit having a distal end that is positionable adjacent particulate material. A primary particle separator system connected to the collection conduit separates quantities of particulate material entrained in an air stream. A secondary particle separator system connected to an outlet of the primary particle separator system separates additional quantities of particulate material entrained in an air stream exiting the primary particle separator system. An air pump connected to an outlet of the secondary particle separator system creates an airflow through the collection conduit and the primary and secondary particle separator systems. A conveyor system operatively associated with material discharge ports of the primary and secondary particle separator systems collects separated particulate material from the material discharge ports of the primary and secondary particle separator systems and transports the separated particulate material to a material discharge end of the conveyor system.
