Filter system with an insulating body, insulating body, and method for manufacturing an insulating body
A filter system for filtering a fluid, in particular an air filter system, is provided with at least a filter element arranged in a filter housing that is provided with at least an inlet and an outlet for the fluid. An insulating body which is formed of a flat insulation material is arranged so as to surround and tightly enclose an outer contour of the filter housing. An insulating body and a method for manufacturing the insulating body are described.
Pollutant capturer and mobilizer
Disclosed are a pollutant capturer and mobilizer and method of mobilizing a polluted gaseous substance from one location towards another location and capturing one or multiple types of polluting substances, such as CO.sub.2, from an atmospheric body of polluted gaseous substance or from exhaust of vehicles, chimneys, or stacks and thereby combat the negative health, environmental, and economic impacts of the of the polluting substances on communities. Wet or dry embodiments of the pollutant capturer and mobilizer utilize wet or dry pollutant capturing components, respectively, to capture one or multiple types of polluting substances from a body of polluted gaseous substance. Flow-establishing devices can be used to set the body of polluted gaseous substance in motion through the pollutant capturing component. The pollutant capturer and mobilizer may also be mounted on any type of vehicle, with or without using flow-establishing devices.
Exhaust gas filter for reflow oven
An example exhaust gas filter for a reflow oven comprises a filter chamber, a filtering piece and a vapor chamber. An upper transverse passage is formed between the vapor chamber top plate and the filter element, a gap is formed between one side of the top plate and the sidewall of a filter chamber, and the upper transverse passage is in fluid communication with the gap; one filter chamber sidewall forming a gap with the top plate is disposed with a filter chamber air inlet for introducing air, and one of the other three sidewalls of the filter chamber is disposed with an exhaust gas inlet for introducing exhaust gas from the exhaust gas filter chamber, so that the air and the exhaust gas can enter the upper transverse passage through the gap.

Particulate filter and exhaust gas purifier
A particulate filter includes a particulate capturing body configured to capture particulates contained in exhaust gas, and a dielectric waveguide provided around the particulate capturing body. The effective relative permittivity of the dielectric waveguide is higher than the effective relative permittivity of the particulate capturing body.
Circulation system and method of circulation
Heat exchangers extract heat from an air stream and deliver the heat to another airstream. The heat exchangers are modified with a filtration system to allow the heat exchanger to effectively run within the poultry house environment. The poultry house is retrofitted with at least four flat-plate cross-flow heat exchangers. The heat exchangers operate to meet at least the minimum ventilation rates for the young birds. As birds grow, heat exchangers operate in conjunction with building exhaust fans for ventilation needs. Multiple heat exchangers are located throughout the house to provide appropriate ventilation.
Fuel gas storage tank with supporting filter tube(s)
A conformable fuel gas storage tank includes a shell, a fuel gas storage material, and one or more filter tube(s). The fuel gas can be natural gas or hydrogen gas. The shell defines an interior, and the fuel gas storage material is located within the interior. The filter tube permits fuel gas to diffuse out of filter tubes and into the interior of the tank and, additionally, supports the tank against outwardly-directed forces resulting from pressure within the interior of the shell.
High-temperature Filter
To provide a high-temperature filter having a seal to maintain filtering properties and generating less dust at a high temperature. The high-temperature filter (1) comprises a filtering medium (2) made of glass fibers, which is folded in a zigzag pattern; a separator (4) that is folded in a wave shape and inserted into gaps of the filtering medium; a frame (6) made of stainless steel that houses the filtering medium and the separator; and end seals (8) made of ceramic that is applied to the frame and solidified after an end of the filtering medium is immersed thereinto, which ceramic is modified to have a coefficient of thermal expansion that is the same as that of the stainless steel. The separator is preferably made of the glass fibers used for the filtering medium. A spacer (14) may be provided on the surface of the filtering medium instead of the separator.
Portable air purifier
A portable air purifier is provided that may include a housing having an inlet forming a passage through which air is suctioned into the housing, a filter disposed at an upper side of the inlet and configured to purify air suctioned in through the inlet and flowing upward, an irradiator disposed at a lower side of the filter, installed at a height at which the irradiator overlaps the inlet and configured to irradiate light for sterilization onto the filter, and a sterilizer support configured to support the irradiator and configured to be fixed to the housing and disposed around an outer perimeter of the irradiator.
