An engine breather filter assembly for monitoring an internal combustion comprises: a filter cavity configured to accommodate a breather filter element; a processor; and a sensor module configured to sense a characteristic of the internal combustion engine and output data representative of the sensed characteristic to the processor. The engine breather filter assembly is configured to provide a housing for the processor. The processor is configured to determine a value representative of the firing frequency of the internal combustion engine based on the output data.

The cleaning unit 3 is screwed on the screw rod 2 and driven by the screw rod 2 to move back and forth and the lower end of the cleaning unit 3 is in contact with the filter system screen 7, and the automatic self-cleaning lint function could be achieved. For the clothes dryer, the overall structure becomes more compact and reliable by improving structure of the filter system, and the lint collection efficiency and also drying efficiency are increased.
Personal air purification device and related methods
A personal air purification device includes at least one conduit assembly connected to a mounting assembly and a power supply arrangement. The at least one conduit assembly includes a conduit extending between an air inlet end and air outlet end, a filter and a fan. The filter is connected to the conduit and configured to remove contaminants from the air passing the through the conduit. The fan is connected to the conduit and configured to drive air flow through the filter and the conduit. The mounting assembly is configured to hold the conduit about the head of a wearer with the air inlet end positioned to generate a high pressure area proximate to a nose and mouth thereof. The power supply arrangement is configured to supply electrical power to the fan.

WAFER TRANSPORTING METHOD
A wafer transporting method includes following operations. A plurality of wafers are received in a semiconductor container attached to a mobile vehicle. An air processing system is coupled to a wall of the semiconductor container. The air processing system includes an inlet valve, an outlet valve, a pump between the inlet valve and the outlet valve, and a desiccant coupled to the pump. The semiconductor container is moved. The pump of the air processing system is turned on to extract air from inside the semiconductor container into the air processing system through the inlet valve. Humidity of the air is reduced when the air passes through the desiccant of the air processing system. The air is returned back to the semiconductor container through the outlet valve.

An outdoor air purifier includes a housing including at least one housing cover part, a mounting base, at least one flow inlet for outdoor air to be purified, at least one flow outlet for cleaned air, and an inner clean air space, a fan having a standing rotational axis and arranged within the housing, wherein the at least one flow inlet is arranged radially with regards to the standing rotational axis, and the at least one flow outlet is arranged axially with regards to the standing rotational axis, and at least one filter element at least partially surrounding the inner clean air space. The fan is displaced axially from the mounting base and is in fluid connection with the inner clean air space. The at least one filter element extends essentially parallel to the standing rotational axis.
