Particulate filter and methods for removing particulates from a particulate filter
In an example, a particulate filter includes a porous filter substrate including a first surface and a second surface. The porous filter substrate is configured to filter gas flowing through the porous filter substrate between the first surface and the second surface. A plurality of conductors are coupled to the porous filter substrate. The plurality of conductors are approximately parallel to each other along the porous filter substrate. The particulate filter also includes a plurality of input nodes in signal communication with the plurality of conductors and configured to receive a voltage signal from an input signal source. The plurality of conductors are configured to generate an electric field on at least one of the first surface or the second surface of the porous filter substrate in response to the plurality of input nodes receiving the voltage signal from the input signal source.
Particulate filter and methods for removing particulates from a particulate filter
In an example, a particulate filter includes a porous filter substrate including a first surface and a second surface. The porous filter substrate is configured to filter gas flowing through the porous filter substrate between the first surface and the second surface. A plurality of conductors are coupled to the porous filter substrate. The plurality of conductors are approximately parallel to each other along the porous filter substrate. The particulate filter also includes a plurality of input nodes in signal communication with the plurality of conductors and configured to receive a voltage signal from an input signal source. The plurality of conductors are configured to generate an electric field on at least one of the first surface or the second surface of the porous filter substrate in response to the plurality of input nodes receiving the voltage signal from the input signal source.
STACKABLE AIR TREATMENT DEVICE
A stackable air treatment device is provided and includes a base, a cover, a plurality of air treatment modules modularly stackable between the base and the cover in groups of one or more to form a stack with the base and the cover and a blower configured to move air from an exterior of the stack into the stack and out through the cover. Each air treatment module in the stack is configured to purify, clean, and/or condition the air moved by the blower.
AIR FILTRATION SYSTEM, AIR FILTRATION DEVICE, AND AIR FILTRATION MODULE FOR USE THEREWITH
The present disclosure generally relates to an air filtration system, an air filtration device, and an air filtration module for removing ultra-fine particles (UFPs), pathogens (e.g., viruses, bacteria, etc.), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), oxides or odors. The systems, devices, and filter modules of the disclosure perform at enhanced filter and power efficiencies. An air filtration system is provides that includes a docking base for receiving a removable, portable air filtration device in fluid communication with the docking base. In certain embodiments, the air filtration system further includes the removable, portable air filtration device. The portable air filtration device may optionally include an air filtration module.
AIR CLEANER
An air cleaner is provided that includes a first air cleaning module including a first fan that generates an air flow toward a first discharge outlet from a first suction inlet; a second air cleaning module including a second fan that generates an air flow toward a second discharge outlet from a second suction inlet; a divider provided between the first air cleaning module and the second air cleaning module, the divider including a dividing plate space; and a printed circuit board (PCB) device provided in the dividing plate space.
V-BANK FILTER
The present disclosure is directed methods and apparatus of a V-Bank filtration system capable of maintaining desired air flow rates while effectively filtering the air. These methods and apparatus charge particles and then capture those particles in a filter medium. Once captured in the filter medium, micro-organisms are exposed to high energy electric fields that may degrade and ultimately destroy the captured micro-organisms. Electric fields generated within portions of the V-Bank filter apparatus may also be contained within the portions of the filter apparatus based on exterior parts of these portions being grounded at Earth ground potential. Magnetic fields (or electro-magnetic fields) associated with the generated electric fields may also be contained within the portions of the apparatus based on the exterior parts of these portions being grounded.
UV ENABLED FINS ENCAPSULATION SYSTEM
A general-purpose air sterilizing system destroys activation of air-borne pathogens, designed with different embodiments. The methods used to build the apparatus allows destroying airborne pathogens like bacteria, mold, mildew, allergens and deactivates viruses such as SARS CoV-2. The apparatus supports air circulation system that contains filter which comprising array of Ultraviolet (UV) Light Emitting Diode (LEDs) of 262-nm wavelength, AKA UVC, are used.
Air Purification Device
An integrated autonomous air purification device for taking in polluted air, carrying it through the inside of the purification device where it passes through a set of filtering elements (1) that trap the dust particles contained in the air; ultraviolet-light lamps (2) that transform NO.sub.X and CO gases in the air into harmless compounds; an activated carbon filter (4) that traps and eliminates the volatile organic compounds and inorganic acidic gases; second filtering elements (5) that carry out a second filtering; and an extraction hood (6) configured to direct the air coming out of the second filtering elements (5) to at least one nozzle (7) that expels the air to the outside of the purification device.
PHOTOCATALYTIC FILTER MODULE AND AIR PURIFIER INCLUDING THE SAME
The present invention provides a photocatalytic filter module and an air purifier including a base frame in which at least one side is open, a plurality of support frames arranged to traverse the base frame, a plurality of light emitting units arranged on the support frame, and filter units installed in the base frame and disposed to be spaced apart from the light emitting units.
Air Purifying Vent System
A filter system includes a liquid filter unit, a HEPA filter unit and an air vent cover. The filter system is installed into an in-room air vent and purifies air received from a forced air system prior to its entrance into a room via the in-room air vent. In some embodiments, the filter system further includes a means for controlling a temperature of the air such that users are able to independently control air temperature in each room of a building.
