The present disclosure relates to a hood ventilation device for suctioning smoke, etc., which are produced when cooking food, with surrounding air and discharging them to the outside. The hood ventilation device includes at least: a hood; a stretchable tube connected at a first end to the hood and adjusting a distance between the hood and the grill; a filter box connected to a second end of the stretchable tube such that a bottom thereof communicates with the second end and having a spoiler to communicate with a top thereof; a filter member mounted in the filter box and capturing and removing oil of smoke flowing in the filter box through the stretchable tube; and a spring balancer mounted on the outer surface of an uppermost part of the stretchable tube, allowing the stretchable tube to move up and down, and fixing the stretchable tube at a predetermined height.
AIR PURIFYING SYSTEM
An air purifying system may include a main air purifier that has a flat upper surface configured to support at least two cylindrical portable air purifiers. Each of the main and portable air purifiers may have a fan to suction air and a filter to filter suctioned air. The upper surface of the main air purifier may include a seating groove, an elastic member provided in the seating groove, and a seating plate resting on top of the elastic member. When a portable air purifier is seated on the seating groove, the elastic member may be compressed and the seating plate may be lowered such that the portable air purifier may be supported within an inner wall of the seating groove. When the portable air purifier is removed from the seating groove, the elastic member may expand and raise the seating plate back to an initial position.
Pollutant Capturer and Mobilizer
Disclosed are a pollutant capturer and mobilizer and method of mobilizing a polluted gaseous substance from one location towards another location and capturing one or multiple types of polluting substances, such as CO.sub.2, from an atmospheric body of polluted gaseous substance or from exhaust of vehicles, chimneys, or stacks and thereby combat the negative health, environmental, and economic impacts of the of the polluting substances on communities. Wet or dry embodiments of the pollutant capturer and mobilizer utilize wet or dry pollutant capturing components, respectively, to capture one or multiple types of polluting substances from a body of polluted gaseous substance. Flow establishing devices can be used to set the body of polluted gaseous substance in motion through the pollutant capturing component. The pollutant capturer and mobilizer may also be mounted on any type of vehicles, with or without using flow establishing devices.
Combined briquetting and cyclonic separation device and process capable of removing particles from a fluid stream and converting directly into briquettes
Process and apparatus capable to remove particles from a fluid stream (such as air or water) and directly convert the removed particles into a solid compact format commonly known as briquettes in a standalone combined single unit operation. The outlined process and equipment operates without the need for rotary valve technology and uses air versus hydraulics offering a cost competitive equipment solution for the end user. Active processes within the apparatus actively control the dust thereby allowing a variety of particles to be processes irrespective of moisture content and surface adhesive characteristics. Having the low-cost capability to convert explosive air/dust mixtures into briquettes significantly enhances safety and also reduces the associated manhandling effort required with disposing of collected dust with many briquettes typically having 100-500 the density of the incoming particles. In many regions the produced briquettes have a second hand value thereby creating a value stream from a zero value dust stream.
Vacuum filter
A filter configured to separate debris from a flow of fluid. The filter includes a housing and a filter media coupled to the housing to form a collection container. The collection container is configured to store debris separated by the filter media from a flow of fluid. The filter further includes an inlet opening that extends through the housing to provide fluid communication into the collection container such that the flow of fluid with the debris can flow into the collection container and a relatively clean flow of fluid exits through the filter media. The filter further includes an attachment member that couples the filter media to the housing.
Apparatus and method for filtering liquid particles from inspiratory gas flow of a patient breathing circuit affiliated with a ventilator and/or nitric oxide delivery system
The present disclosure relates to a filter apparatus for filtering liquid from a gas, the apparatus having a first housing having a gas inlet and a gas outlet; a first filter media disposed in the first housing; a second filter media disposed in the housing; and a second housing forming a first collection basin disposed in the flow path between the first filter media and the second filter media, so that a path is defined for the gas flowing from the inlet, through the first filter media, past the collection basin, through the second filter media, and to the outlet. The present disclosure also relates to a method of passing a gas through a coalescing filter media and through a hydrophobic filter media.
Air cleaner
An operation mode of an air cleaner is changed according to the degree of indoor air contamination and an indoor space condition, and one or more filters of the air cleaner can be easily cleaned. The air cleaner includes a housing, an inlet located at a lower part of the housing, a filter assembly, an outlet, and a brush unit. The filter assembly is located above the inlet, and a diameter of the filter assembly is gradually shortened in the direction from an upper part of the filter assembly to a lower part of the filter assembly. The discharge port is located above a second filter assembly. The brush unit is used to eliminate contaminants from an outer surface of the filter assembly.
AIR PURIFIER
The present disclosure relates to an air purifier. An air purifier according to an aspect of the present disclosure may include: a first body having an inlet and an outlet; a fan; a second body coupled to the first body, having a central portion located above the first body, and extending from the central portion in a direction crossing the up-and-down direction; a substrate; a light source disposed at the central portion or at a position corresponding to the central portion in the up-and-down direction; and a light guide facing the light source, and extending in a direction away from the central portion, so it is possible to minimize the number of the light sources and deliver light to an outside of the air purifier.
