Air treatment system
An air treatment system having an improved control system. The control system may include a dynamic dead front display that varies the display based on mode of operation. The display may include capacitive touch sensors and include an array of capacitive film segments or traces integrated into the display. The control system may include a self-contained electronics module that can be tested and calibrated before installation in the ATS. A dust sensor assembly may be integrated into the electronics module. The front cover may be attached with a mechanical attachment at the top and a magnetic attachment on the bottom. The ATS may include a filter retainer assembly with a rotating clip configured to perform in a cam-like manner to firmly clamp the particulate filter and carbon filter in place.
HUMIDIFICATION AND AIR CLEANING APPARATUS
Provided is a humidification and air cleaning apparatus. The humidification and air cleaning apparatus includes an air clean module receiving external air and performing filtration on the entered external air to generate filtered air, an air wash module disposed at an upper part of the air clean module, receiving filtered air from the air clean module, and performing humidification on the filtered air, a dust sensor disposed on at least one of the air clean module or the air wash module and detecting a dust concentration of external air, and a lighting module disposed on at least one of the air clean module or the air wash module and emitting light as a color classified according to a dust concentration detected from the dust sensor.
EXPANDABLE PLEATED AIR FILTERS
Expandable pleated air filters, reusable frames for such air filters, kits for making framed air filters, and methods of making and using framed air filters. The pleated air filter may have first and second non-corrugated ends that have first and second securing tabs that are configured to be inserted into first and second upward-open-ended elongate slots of a frame. The pleated air filter may have first and second corrugated edges at which first and second corrugated edges of a compliant nonwoven electret filter media of the pleated air filter extends outward beyond first and second corrugated edges of a stiffening layer of the pleated air filter, so that the first and second corrugated edges of the pleated air filter are self-sealing when abutted against inward sidewalls of a frame in which the pleated air filter is installed.
Vacuum filter assembly for processing bulk granular material and filter mounting assembly therefore
A dust filtering and collection system for filtering dust and other debris particles from an incoming dust laden air stream, such air stream generally being used for conveying granular material into or from a bulk tank trailer, a railroad car, or other conveying vehicle, the filtering system designed to be functioned by vacuum air pressure, operatively generated by a blower, to draw in the soiled air into the filter system, to cleanse such air for further use in the conveying of the granular material. The air flow may be reversed, to provide for a dislodging of any dust particles from the filtering system, and to cleanse the filter for further efficient usage of the system in conveying granular material into or out of the tank trailer, or other vehicle during usage. The filter system includes a pod of filter tubes encapsulated by a polymer header that mounts to a transverse plate that secures to the approximate upper end of the filter canister of the filtration system.
IoT enabled smart filter device
The present invention provides a smart air filter blockage detection and alert communication system for use with filters in air circulation systems such as HVAC, vehicles, server systems, and dryers. The system attached to the frame of a filter comprises a light source, a light sensor, two actuators and a control unit. The control unit based on a stored program or an external command activates the actuators to place the source and the sensor devices attached to the two arms of the actuators on the two sides of the filter membrane. The sensor measures the light intensity transmitted through the filter. The control unit upon receiving the intensity data determines the filter blockage level and communicates alert to the user when the blockage exceeds a predetermined value. The system uses a 4G or a 5G IoT network capability for data collection and communication with servers and user devices.
FILTER SYSTEM FOR SPRAY BOOTH
A filter system adapted for removing at least one filter in a filter disposal station includes at least one movable cart formed with a housing having one or more surfaces for providing a housing inlet and a housing outlet, a filter rack having at least one filter cage arranged in the housing, and a disposal device engaged with the at least one movable cart to change a position of the at least one filter cage relative to the housing to remove the at least one filter from the at least one filter cage. The filter rack is positioned between the housing inlet and the housing outlet. Further, the at least one filter cage is slidable and pivotable relative to the housing in the at least one movable cart and is moved between a closed position and an open position relative to the at least one movable cart.
