A METHOD FOR TREATING CUT FLOWERS
The present invention describes a method for treating one or more cut flowers each including a stem, possibly leaves and a flower bud, said method comprising—arranging one or more cut flowers in an impregnation solution so that at least a portion of the stem of said one or more cut flowers are immersed in the impregnation solution, but where the flower bud is free from impregnation solution; and—applying vacuum impregnation or pressure impregnation, preferably vacuum 10 impregnation, to the impregnation solution when said at least portion of the stem are immersed into the impregnation solution.

Stem bayonet clip
A stem bayonet clip having a compression portion with opposing main body portions movable with respect to one another; which may include one or more compression ribs provided on interior surfaces of the opposing main body portions; a locking mechanism provided about an edge portion of the opposing main body portions, the locking mechanism being configured to retain a compressive force applied to a stem of a floral element inserted between the opposing main body portions; and a bayonet portion configured to be inserted into floral foam or similar material. The stem bayonet clip configured to grip the stem portion of a flower while the bayonet portion holds the flower in place (in floral foam) as part of a flower arrangement.
BINDING WRAP AND METHOD FOR HYDRATING CUT FLOWERS
A binding wrap for maintaining the hydration of cut flowers is disclosed. The wrap is formed by folding a flexible, absorbent sheet over and around the stems of cut flowers. An assembly of a bouquet of cut flowers with a flexible, absorbent binding wrap folded around its stems is also disclosed as is a method of forming such a wrap.

Floral display systems
A floral display device is disclosed herein. The device is intended to help keep cut flowers in a suspended state similar to their appearance when fresh cut. The device may include a display enclosure including a transparent shell having an interior portion adapted to contain the flowers and the liquid preservative, and an opening within the transparent shell to enable passage of the flowers and the liquid preservative therethrough, a liquid-tight closure configured to close the opening, a holding clip configured to removably hold the flowers within the interior portion. A base may be removably coupled to the transparent shell, the base may include an illuminator configured to illuminate the flowers within the interior portion, and a power supply configured to power the illuminator.
Floral display systems

Plant transportation system
A plant transportation system includes a vase and a sealant receptacle. The vase includes a mouth, a throat and a reservoir. The sealant receptacle is housed in the throat. The sealant receptacle closes the throat from allowing items therethrough except through the sealant receptacle. The sealant receptacle is configured to allow stems therethrough, and retentively hold sealant therein all around occupant stems from the top and from the bottom.
