Filter device and method for dedusting same
A invention relates to a filter device for a vacuum cleaner having a turbine device and a motor for generating a first main air stream and/or a second main air stream through a collecting tank of the vacuum cleaner, wherein the vacuum cleaner includes two chambers and filter elements of the filter device are dedusted by an abrupt change in position of a pressure shock element in the chambers. Since, when one of the two chambers is being dedusted, the suction operation of the vacuum cleaner can be maintained through the other chamber, the filter dedusting can advantageously take place during continued suction operation of the vacuum cleaner. A method for dedusting a filter device in a vacuum cleaner, wherein, as a result of a valve being actuated, an air volume is driven out of one of the two chambers. As a result of this change in pressure, the pressure shock element is advantageously made to change position, and this can result in a backflushing pulse and mechanical shaking of the filter element, and dedusting of the filter device.

Filter device for a vacuum cleaner and filter dedusting method
A filter device for a vacuum cleaner. The filter device has two chambers, of which in each case at least one participates in suction operation of the vacuum cleaner, while a filter element of the other chamber can be dedusted. As a result, while one filter element is being dedusted, suction operation can be maintained through the other chamber of the vacuum cleaner. This advantage is allowed by an elastic membrane, which can change shape and/or move when the chamber to be dedusted is ventilated. The ventilation is effected by a pressure equalizing stream which can pass through a ventilation channel and a ventilation opening into the chamber to be dedusted. As a result of the movement and/or change in shape of the elastic membrane, a dedusting pulse is applied to the filter element, which can ensure, for example, that a solid filter cake is detached and drops into the dust collecting tank of the vacuum cleaner. A method for dedusting a filter device in a vacuum cleaner is also provided.

APPARATUS FOR COLLECTING POWDER IN EXHAUST GAS HAVING A FILTER DEDUSTING FUNCTION AND EXHAUST GAS TREATMENT EQUIPMENT PROVIDED WITH SAME
Provided in the present invention is an apparatus for collecting powder in exhaust gas comprising: a device for collecting powder contained in exhaust gas before the exhaust gas is introduced into a cylindrical adsorption reaction device that treats the exhaust gas using an adsorption reaction, wherein a cylindrical filter body includes a filter member that filters the exhaust gas and is disposed underneath the adsorption reaction device so as to be connected to the adsorption reaction device; a housing that provides an internal space to house the filter body, and a filter striking module that applies a physical impact to the filter body to dislodge powder adhering to the filter member.
APPARATUS FOR COLLECTING POWDER IN EXHAUST GAS WITH AN INCREASED COLLECTION CAPACITY AND EXHAUST GAS TREATMENT EQUIPMENT PROVIDED WITH SAME
An apparatus includes a filter body, which filters an exhaust gas and feeds it to an adsorption reaction device and is disposed below the adsorption reaction device; and a housing which provides an internal space for storing powder separated from the filter body and is installed below the adsorption reaction device, which housing includes a filter installation unit, which is a space projected below the adsorption reaction device and which provides a filter installation space internally for installing the filter body and an expansion unit that protrudes sideways from the filter installation unit and provides an expansion space which communicates internally with the filter installation space, and the internal space is expanded by the expansion space to increase the powder collection capacity. A suction port for sucking in the exhaust gas is installed in the expansion unit.
INTEGRATED DUST EXTRACTOR AND POWER TOOL
A handheld power tool including a housing, a tool receptacle disposed on a first end of the housing and configured to receive a tool accessory, and a motor positioned within the housing and operatively coupled to the tool receptacle to drive the tool accessory. A dust container is selectively coupled to the housing. A dust tube is coupled to the first end of the housing and in fluid communication with the dust container, wherein the dust tube is movable between an extended position and a retracted position. A fan is positioned within the housing and is operable to generate a suction air flow path through the dust tube and into the dust container, wherein the fan rotatably driven by the motor.
A FILTER SYSTEM AND A VACUUM CLEANER INCORPORATING A FILTER SYSTEM
A filter system for a vacuum cleaner is disclosed. The system comprises a housing reconfigurable relative to a bin between an operative configuration in which the housing is disposed upon the bin so that dirt separated from dirt-laden air can collect in the bin, and an idle configuration in which the housing is removed from the bin. The housing comprises an inlet for receiving dirt-laden air into the housing, an outlet via which cleaned air can exit the housing. The system further comprises first filtering means and second filtering means disposed within the housing, the first filtering means being positioned upstream of the second filtering means. The first and second filtering means comprises a filter medium configured to separate dirt from the dirt-laden air passing from the inlet to the outlet through the filter medium. The system further comprises filter cleaning means for removing dirt from the filter medium of the first filtering means when the housing is configured at least in the operative configuration.
