FLUID DYNAMIC RAIN-MAKING APPARATUS
A fluid dynamic rain-making apparatus includes a first tubular member (10) and a thermal conductor (20). The first tubular member (10) includes a fluid channel having a first opening (12) and a second opening (13). An axial cross section of the fluid channel (11) decreases from the first opening (12) toward the second opening (13). The thermal conductor (20) includes a second tubular member (21) attached to the second opening (13) of the first tubular member (10) and heat sinks (22) circumferentially arranged on an outer surface thereof. A fluid (A) enters the fluid channel (11) from the first opening (11) and forms a cooled fluid (A1) through flowing through the fluid channel (11) for cooling the second tubular member (21), thus the heat sinks (22) are cooler than the external fluid (A). Accordingly, moist air is cooled to reach the dew point to form water drop for rainfall.
DECREASING A HUMIDITY LEVEL IN AN INFORMATION HANDLING SYSTEM
In one embodiment, a method for decreasing a humidity level in an information handling system includes: receiving, by a sound field chamber, an incoming airflow, the incoming airflow having a humidity level corresponding to an amount of water vapor in the incoming airflow; identifying, by a humidity controller, the humidity level of the incoming airflow; determining, by the humidity controller, that the humidity level is greater than a threshold humidity level; and in response to determining that the humidity level is greater than the threshold humidity level: causing, by the humidity controller, a sound source of the information handling system to generate a sound field within the sound field chamber, the sound field comprised of sound waves, the sound waves causing an acoustic agglomeration of the water vapor, the acoustic agglomeration causing the humidity level to decrease.
Active atmospheric moisture harvester
Atmospheric moisture harvester systems include two beds with water capture material, such as metal-organic framework (MOF), a heater, two fans, and a condenser having two sides, operatively configured into adsorption and desorption modes, wherein the MOF beds are interchangeable to cycle between the desorption and water adsorption modes. The systems may further include a photovoltaic panel powering the fans and condenser.
Multi-mode air drying system
A compressed air drying system is provided for removing moisture from compressed air. The dryer operates in two modes in response to the demand for compressed air. In a first mode of operation, a refrigeration compressor runs continuously and the speed of a condenser fan is varied to maintain a constant cooling temperature. In a second mode of operation, the refrigeration compressor runs intermittently between on and off periods. As result, the cooling temperature fluctuates during the second mode of operation.

The first condenser is further configured to direct the wet ambient air through it as coolant for extracting water from the compressed ambient air in a first stage via an outlet or the like. The second condenser is configured to direct the dry expanded air through it as coolant for extracting the water from the humid ambient air in a second stage by means of an outlet or the like.
Methods for Absorbing a Targeted Compound from a Gas Stream for Subsequent Processing or Use
The present invention describes methods for absorbing a targeted chemical compound from a gas stream into a scrubbing solution for various uses and with various benefits. Methods are described to produce a gas stream that can be further processed with operational benefits, such as through condensing and wastewater treatment with a lower load on the wastewater treatment system. Methods are described for adsorbing the targeted compound with reduced condensation of water from the gas stream. Methods are described for producing a liquid stream comprising an absorbed form of the targeted compound for use as a saleable product, such as adsorbing ammonia for the production of a fertilizer, wherein the concentration of the absorbed form may be increased through reduced condensation from the gas stream. Methods are described for producing a lower volume liquid waste stream from the absorption process through the use of reduced condensation of the gas stream.

FILTERING BYPRODUCTS OF CIPP INSTALLATION
A system and method for capturing volatile organic components from a liner curing process for pipes. The system receives steam exhausted from the liner. The steam is used for curing a curable material in the liner, but volatilizes organic components in the resin carried along with the steam. The system removes some water and passes the remaining vaporized constituents through a filter selected to capture the particular volatile organic component from the steam.
