Device and Method for Multistage Continuous Preparation of Deuterium Depleted Water
The present application discloses a device for multistage continuous preparation of deuterium depleted water, which includes a feeding pump, a plurality of stages of separation systems connected in series, and a receiver, all of which are connected in sequence. Each stage of separation system comprises a distillation column, a vapor-liquid separator, a low-pressure steam compressor, a stream delivery pump, a three-way valve, and a stream output pipe. The present application further discloses a method for preparing deuterium depleted water, wherein natural water is fed into the device of the present disclosure, and the liquid phase stream continuously flows backwards stage by stage under the combined action of the low-pressure steam compressors and the stream delivery pumps. In a single-stage system, the deuterium is deprived depending on the difference in vapor pressure between .sup.1H.sub.2O and .sup.2H.sub.2O (and/or .sup.1H.sup.2HO), and finally, the deuterium depleted water is produced.
Device and Method for Multistage Continuous Preparation of Deuterium Depleted Water
The present application discloses a device for multistage continuous preparation of deuterium depleted water, which includes a feeding pump, a plurality of stages of separation systems connected in series, and a receiver, all of which are connected in sequence. STABLE ISOTOPE ENRICHMENT DEVICE AND STABLE ISOTOPE ENRICHMENT METHOD
The object of the present invention is to provide a stable isotope enrichment device and a stable isotope enrichment method capable of reducing the discharge amount of toxic or combustible substances or substances causing environmental load in the atmosphere and reducing the amount of raw materials used. The present invention provides a stable isotope enrichment device, including: a distillation column group in which a plurality of distillation columns are connected in a cascade; a raw material supply line (30) that supplies a raw material into a first distillation column (1); a product line (31) that withdraws a product from another distillation column located on the secondary side of the first distillation column (1); an isotope-depleted fluid withdraw line (32) that withdraws an isotope-depleted gas or an isotope-depleted liquid from the first distillation column (1) or another distillation column located on the primary side of the one distillation column (1); an isotope exchange reactor (22) at which the isotope-depleted gas or the isotope-depleted liquid is subjected to an isotope exchange reaction, the isotope-depleted gas or the isotope-depleted liquid is regenerated such that the concentration of molecules containing a target stable isotope in the isotope-depleted gas or the isotope-depleted liquid approaches the natural abundance ratio, and an isotope-regenerated gas or an isotope-regenerated liquid is produced; and an isotope-regenerated fluid return line (33) that re-supplies the isotope-regenerated gas or the isotope-regenerated liquid into the first distillation column (1).
STABLE ISOTOPE ENRICHMENT DEVICE AND STABLE ISOTOPE ENRICHMENT METHOD
The object of the present invention is to provide a stable isotope enrichment device and a stable isotope enrichment method capable of reducing the discharge amount of toxic or combustible substances or substances causing environmental load in the atmosphere and reducing the amount of raw materials used. METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SEPARATION OF HELIUM-3 FROM HELIUM-4 BY MEANS OF A CRYOGENIC PROCESS
The invention provides a method for recovering 3-Helium (3He) from natural Helium (He), comprising the following steps: supplying the feed stream comprising natural liquid helium from an appropriate liquid helium source; introducing a feed stream into a rectification column system; condensing at least a first portion of a vapour stream comprising 3He enriched Helium in the intermediate section of the rectification system, condensing at least a second portion of a vapour stream comprising 3He enriched Helium in the upper section of the rectification system by heat exchange with colder liquid Helium; merging and compressing of the low-pressure vaporous streams; withdrawing an overhead stream comprising 3He enriched Helium from a top section of the rectification system as a product; withdrawing a bottom stream comprising 3He depleted Helium from a bottom section of the rectification system; withdrawing of a vaporous helium stream from the lower part of the rectification system.
