A plurality of bands are extended from an edge of the body portion in communication with the trimmable portion. Each band can be trimmable to a plurality of sizes (e.g. length, width, or the like) and can include a proximal end connected to the body portion and a distal free end having a fastener.

A first portion of the manifold may extend orthogonal to the fold axis toward a first side of the manifold, and a second portion of the manifold may extend orthogonal to the fold axis toward a second side of the manifold opposite to the first side. A system is provided comprising a columnar sleeve of stretchable fabric, the sleeve produced in various skin tone colors and configured to slip upon an individual toe or finger and an absorbent padding configured for attachment to an inside surface of the sleeve, the padding configured to cover about one half of an interior circumference of the inside surface, the padding optionally infused with at least one of pain killers, antiseptics, and soothing gels. The system also comprises wax paper covering the padding prior to use of the sleeve, an applicator shaped to facilitate slipping the sleeve upon the individual toe or finger, and convex-shaped flex bands placed lengthwise into the sleeve. The flex bands exert downward pressure on one of a toe and a finger and are placed in a U-shape, thus promoting the downward pressure.

The bandage has a permanent hole cut at a central portion for applying the bandage directly to a bodily injury and a plurality of adhesive fastening strips at each end of the bandage for protecting, supporting, and resisting the movement of the muscle-skeletal structure at the joints area. The strips are arranged in a crisscross manner for better protection. Each strip is capable of providing independent flexion.
