TISSUE EXPANSION DEVICE WITH FLUID COLLECTION
A tissue expander can be configured to collect extracellular fluid from within a patient’s body cavity. The tissue expander can be implanted into a subdermal cavity during a procedure, such as a breast reconstruction procedure, and facilitate the expansion of the subdermal cavity in preparation for placement of a final implant.
NIPPLE PATCH
Provided is a nipple patch for covering a male nipple. The nipple patch includes a spider film with an orb web structure to enhance nipple coverage and a finishing film to maximize the coverage of the nipple patch. In addition, the nipple patch provides a soft feel, enables the skin to move freely, and can be easily attached to skin around the nipple. The nipple patch includes a shield covering and protecting a nipple, a flexible adhesive film having adhesion to the skin around the nipple and having a center portion to which the shield is attached, and a spider film attached to a rear surface of the adhesive film, having lower flexibility than the adhesive film, and having an orb web structure to prevent the adhesive film from being stretched.
Head and neck compression therapy system
A compression garment system and method that may include a head garment portion configured to be donned on a head of a body. The compression garment and method may further include a neck garment portion configured to be donned on a neck of the body. A controller may be configured to control pressure applied by each of one or more head pressure applying regions and/or each of one or more neck pressure applying regions to move lymph at least from the head towards the neck.

RIGIDIFYING BRACE
A passive stent for retaining an organ in an expanded state configured to adhere and substantially conform to an external surface of the organ may include an inner layer, an outer layer, and a middle layer that is enclosed by the inner layer and the outer layer, comprising a plurality of components configured to interlock and maintain the organ in an expanded state upon application of a vacuum. A method for retaining an organ in an expanded state may include applying at least one force to the organ to place the organ in the expanded state; applying a passive stent to an external surface of the organ; and applying a vacuum to the passive stent sufficient to cause a plurality of components of at least one layer of the passive stent to interlock, where the at least one layer is configured to maintain the organ in the expanded state after interlocking.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR A NURSING PAD
A nursing pad includes an absorbent pad and an adhesive. The absorbent pad defines a first side and a second side and has a contoured shaped configured to correspond to a shape of a user's breast. The adhesive is attached to the second side of the absorbent pad and is configured to adhere the absorbent pad to the user's breast.
Pressure bandage
A pressure bandage including an elastic sheet having a first coefficient of elasticity and an adhesive side. The pressure bandage may also include a resilient pad having a second coefficient of elasticity and affixed to the adhesive side of the elastic sheet. The elastic sheet has a first predetermined shape that is configured to be applied to a corresponding anatomical location on the body of a patient. The first coefficient of elasticity and the second coefficient of elasticity are related such that, when the elastic sheet is stretched and adhered to the body of the patient, the resilient pad applies a predetermined amount of pressure to the body of the patient.
Nursing Pad System
The present disclosure relates to a nursing pad system. The system consists of a base that is designed to be adhesively secured about the nipple of a breast feeding mother. A top cover, which is preferably disposable, is thereafter secured over top of the base component. The adhesive securing the base is preferably a low trauma adhesive. The adhesive securing the top cover is preferably a strong adhesive. The top cover includes an inner surface formed from an absorbent material and that includes a pocket. Milk is both absorbed by the inner surface and collected in the pocket. The top cover is designed to be separable from the base so that it can be replaced as needed.
Head and neck compression garment
Compression garments and methods may include a head garment configured to be positioned around both sides of a head of a body from a posterior of the head to an anterior of the head (e.g., wherein the head garment may include a plurality of controllable head pressure applying regions positionable proximate at least cheeks and a posterior of the head) and a neck garment (e.g., coupled to the head garment). The compression garments and methods may also include a torso garment. Such garment portions may include one or more controllable pressure applying regions to move lymph from the head downward.
