A chest wall negative pressure support device, comprising a plastic support body (1) attached to the outer side of a chest wall in a sealed mode. A flow guide groove (2) is formed in the middle of the side surface of the plastic support body (1) in contact with the outer side of the chest wall, and a negative pressure aspirator (3) is provided on the side surface of the plastic support body (1) away from the outer side of the chest wall. An air inlet of the negative pressure aspirator (3) is communicated with the flow guide groove (2) by means of a negative pressure air outlet (4) formed in the plastic support body (1), and an exhaust port of the negative pressure aspirator (3) is communicated with an exhaust pipe (5). The plastic support body (1) is tightly attached to the outer side of the chest wall in a sealed mode, the plastic support body (1) forms an outer bracket on the outer side of the chest wall to simulate ribs for supporting, swing of a mediastinum is prevented, and the process of an on-site treatment operation is simple. In addition, the chest cavity of a patient cannot be compressed, secondary injury to the patient cannot be caused, and the pain of the patient is greatly relieved.

The present disclosure discloses a garment for being used as a nursing bra and a suitable breast pad that is adapted to be fitted into pad pockets of the nursing bra. The nursing bra is basically made of a seamless knitted fabric and with an attachment of additional second fabric layer to the seamless knitted fabric pad pockets are being formed between the seamless knitted fabric and the second fabric. These pad pockets are accessible from respective openings that are formed in the second fabric at a position suitable for receiving a nipple of a wearer such. Furthermore, the openings are designed so as to allow relatively easy insertion and removal of the breast pad into and from the pad pockets. Thus, when the breast pads are accommodated within the pad pockets, a nipple wearer engages the breast pads such that any leakage of breastmilk is absorbed by the breast pad and the rest of the bra maintains dry. The pads are secured in their position when being received in the pockets to avoid misalignment of the nipple with the pad such that even during activity or sleep, the pads maintain in contact with the nipple and absorb the liquid or moisture deriving therefrom.

A decubitus ulcers prevention garment for decreasing the skin pressure on a select body area of the population at risk for decubitus may be provided. The garment may be similar in shape to boxer briefs and composed of strategically mapped air cells for the patients' bilateral hips, proximal thighs and gluteal region wrapping posteriorly, targeting anatomic points including greater trochanteric, ischial tuberosities, posterior iliac spines, sacrum and coccyx. The air cell arrangement may allow for patterned inflation and deflation thereby off loading and loading particular areas. As air cells are cycled through inflation and deflation, skin pressure may be decreased thereby preventing focal pressure and local tissue ischemia resulting in necrosis.
