Polyamide (PA) nanofiltration (NF) membrane, and preparation method thereof by regeneration from scrapped microfiltration (MF) membrane
A polyamide (PA) nanofiltration (NF) membrane and a preparation method thereof by regeneration from a scrapped microfiltration (MF) membrane are provided. The method adopts a cleaning-repairing-interfacial polymerization upgrading strategy, where, sodium hypochlorite and oxalic acid are used for deeply cleaning a scrapped MF membrane. PDA is used as a repairing agent to construct a reaction platform on the membrane surface, and finally a reaction system of piperazine and trimesoyl chloride (TMC) are used to form a PA NF membrane with a PA active layer. The repairing can construct a coating with a given thickness and prominent hydrophilicity on the membrane surface, which provides favorable base membrane conditions for upgrading and preparing an NF membrane.

The chemical liquid purification method of the present invention includes a purification step of filtering a liquid to be purified by using a filter, in which a filter satisfying a condition 1 or a condition 2 in the following test is used as the filter. Test: 1,500 ml of a test liquid formed of the organic solvent is brought into contact with the filter for 24 hours under a condition of 23° C., and a content of particles containing at least one kind of metal selected from the group consisting of Fe, Al, Cr, Ni, and Ti in the test liquid after the contact satisfies a predetermined condition.

The first solution is an aqueous solution containing a polyamine monomer and an acid binding agent, and the second solution is an organic solution containing an acid chloride monomer and a metal-organic framework.

The present invention relates to an organic solvent-soluble copolymerized polyester, a composition for forming an ultrafiltration membrane including the same, and a high water-permeability reverse osmosis membrane prepared therefrom. More specifically, the present invention relates to a polyester that has a high solubility in organic solvents at room temperature and thus can be used to produce ultrafiltration membranes at low cost, a composition for forming an ultrafiltration membrane including the same, and a high water-permeability reverse osmosis membrane prepared therefrom, wherein the reverse osmosis membrane has a reduced production cost and high water permeability.
