A pump includes an inlet in fluid communication with the water sump and an outlet in fluid communication with the inlet. The pump has an active state and an inactive state. The active state causes the pump to draw liquid in from the inlet and direct liquid toward the outlet. A battery is configured to power the pump. A circuit board is operably connected to the pump and battery. The circuit board includes at least one circuit having a first state and a second state. The first state prevents power flow from the battery to the pump. The second state facilitates power flow from the battery to the pump, transitioning the pump from inactive to active.

The present disclosure provides an oil control valve with an end oil supply and an assembling method for the same, the oil control valve includes: a valve body, provided with an oil inlet at one axial end thereof; a compression spring located in the valve body and being in a compressed state; and a filter for filtering hydraulic oil flowing from the oil inlet into the valve body, wherein the filter comprises an annular body portion and a strainer fixedly disposed on the annular body portion; the filter is located in the valve body, the compression spring is located on a side of the filter far away from the oil inlet and stands against an end surface of the annular body portion; an inner circumferential surface of the valve body is provided with a clamping slot; and the filter further comprises a bump, the bump protrudes from an outer circumferential surface of the annular body portion and outwardly extends into the clamping slot along a radial direction. Technical solution of the present disclosure simplifies structure of an oil control valve, thus assembling process is simplified, assembling time is shortened, and cost is reduced.

A potable water filter for an aircraft galley plumbing system is disclosed. In embodiments, the filter includes a body attachable to a mount via a central threaded attachment stud. The stud is surrounded by a filter mount chamber and encloses a central flow channel allowing outflow from the filter body to an outlet port. Potable water enters the mount through an inlet port; an annular “puck” inlet valve extends around the attachment stud, sealing off the filter mount chamber when the filter body is absent and, when the filter body is screwed onto the attachment stud, providing for water flow throughout the filter mount chamber. The filter body houses a solid block of sintered carbon with a hollow core. Water enters the filter chamber via bypass slots in the base of the filter body and flows around and through the carbon filter before flowing down to the outlet port.

The filter bowl reversibly receives the filter element and is configured so that when the filter element is located within the filter bowl and the filter bowl is attached to the connection element the filter element divides the space defined by the connector element and filter bowl into an inlet filter chamber and an outlet filter chamber. The inlet port is incorporated in the manifold, and the inlet port and inlet filter chamber are in fluid communication via the inlet conduit.

The endcap comprise a valve interaction projection structured to transfer rotation of the filter element and the shell housing to the plunger during installation of the filter element.
